MINUTES OF THE PREVIOUS MEETING Minutes of the Special General Body Meeting held on 17th November were read by the Secretary and that there were a few questions by the members on the grievances which will be responded to by the developer (Unicore Realty) To discuss the letter received by Mr.Vinod Mistry & Co. (Advocates to Unicore Realty) on the redevelopment project of Valentine CHS and to put forward the resignation of the Secretary & Chairman

Mr. Kunal Jain (Advocate) read the letter sent by Vinod Mistry to Valentine CHS and explained the contents of the letter to the members present. After discussion on a couple of points, it was unanimously decided that the society should approach a Solicitor to respond to the letter for which Mr. Kunal Jain was requested to recommend a few solicitors and get a quotation of 2-3 Solicitors in the vicinity.

Mr.Kunal Jain then informed the members about the letters he had received from Mr. Gokul D. Gala (Chairman) and Shri. Shailesh Master (Secretary) of Valentine CHS stating their willingness to resign from their respective posts. The members gracefully accepted their resignation and it was decided that there will be a co-option of the new members who shall be elected in the next Special General Body Meeting (no later than within one month) to fill up the vacant posts in Valentine CHS. Till the time new elections take place and a complete handover is done to the new secretary, Mr. Sailesh Master is requested to handle the day to day matters of the society, however, does not have the right to make any independent decisions/ sign off any authoritative papers on behalf of Valentine CHS.

Having said that, the Secretary (Shailesh Master) & Chairman (Mr.Gokul D.Gala) remain responsible, accountable and answerable for all decisions taken on or before December 15, 2013.
