Manufacturers are encouraged to be involved in all sessions and activities to make the most of all networking opportunities, that includes: General sessions Vertical Market and Business Building Session Tuesday - Build A Bike Charity Event supporting Boys & Girls Club Wednesday Dinner Event at LoungeSIX Gaslamp Tuesday - Ingram Micro Speed Partnering Manufacturer breakouts Pre event activities unless you are a sponsor (HP/Motorola only) Review the information on the registration site to be aware of shipping info, cancellation policies, etc. To help us keep the agenda on schedule, please help us assist customers into the sessions and move hallway conversations away from meeting rooms. Dress is business casual no jeans or shorts Please do not pull or prevent customers from attending the general session or manufacturer breakouts
Day Two Wednesday, May 16, 11:45 2PM What is provided during solutions pavilion A draped table with company signage Power If you have a booth, it will be pipe-and-draped with two tables Participants may choose to award prizes or hold drawings for the solution providers you meet. - fish bowl provided o Prizes will be announced at the end of the Solutions Pavilion. Special Requests Again, contact Shana if you require more power, tables, etc. This may incur additional fees depending on the request. Internet access if you require internet access, please contact Shana and she will help you arrange for access directly through the hotel. Costs are more expensive if you secure the service the day of the event, so please make arrangements as soon as possible. Freestanding banners - this is a sponsorship opportunity. If you are interested in this sponsorship, please contact your marketing manager. If you have sponsored this activity, we will place the banner in a strategic location for you. A team member will come by your table to pick up your banner. Any banners on the show floor that are not covered within your sponsorship will be removed and returned. Table displays that exceed 36 in height. All displays should be contained on your tabletop. Any boxes (empty or full) must be stored under your table. Boxes that do not fit under your exhibit table will be stored for you. Boxes are not to be visible on the show floor. Do not switch your location with another manufacturers location / do not move table locations
What you will be able to do with JOT Utilize the message center to send and receive correspondence to other attendees o Search for attendees by name, company or other search criteria. Messages are sent directly to their email address Schedule appointments with other attendees Share your business card/accept business cards (you wont be able to view contact information otherwise. Build your own agenda Use your laptop or smartphone (appointments and schedules are only visible on the smartphone, you can only schedule appointments via laptop)

Remember: This event is only a tool and your success will depend on how this tool is used. Engagement opportunities with customers meet with them during breakfast, lunch and/or networking activities. Manufacturers are STRONGLY urged to bring demonstrations to the Solutions Pavilion, not just literature. Come equipped with a map of field rep geography and contact information for your field representatives. Stand in front of your table instead of behind this creates a more engaging, interactive environment. Always approach the resellers by first identifying the underlying end-user business issue and then addressing the reseller question whats in it for me?
