3. Summary: On 02 0730H December 2013 the 10 foyers including the Foyer Officer, Wreath Layers and the 7 Firers with 1Lt Jaclaine Lennor R Barra PAF & SSG Dranil R Carna PAF proceeded immediately for the final practice at the XU Main Lane. All was set for the practice which includes the Emcee, XU Band, and other participants for the final practice. At 0800H the Wreath Laying Ceremony just started by the time Father President Roberto C Yap, SJ and other faculty and staff arrived. The emcee announced the flow of the program then followed by the foyers and the colors for the singing of the National Anthem that was played by XU Band. After which, the emcee called the presence of Father Mars P Tan, SJ for the welcome remarks. Father Roberto C Yap, SJ and Father Mars P Tan, then offered their wreathes to the statue of St Francis Xavier followed by Father Charlie G Cenzon, SJ, University Chaplain, for the blessings of the wreathes. All went well accordingly. At 0830H the Firer Officer C/LTC Jan Roggie Macandili, 1CL then prepare for the Military Tribute to St. Francis Xavier. The faculty and staff rises and the drum rolls began. The firers executed 3 consecutive shots for twenty-one gun salute then followed by the singing of the Xavier Hymn. The emcee concluded the Wreath Laying Ceremony and the Solemn Military Tribute and thanked everyone for gracing the celebration in honor of St. Francis Xavier. Finally, the participants were asked to remain in their places after the exit of the Colors and the Honor Guards.

4. Problems Encountered: NONE

The whole ROTC Officers who are designated to each role performed well in the said activity. The event was successful with the help of 1LT Jaclaine Lennor R Barra PAF, SSG Dranil R Carna & SGT John Rafael Ocampo PAF, who were very patient in teaching the foyers, colors and the firers held at TOG 10, Lumbia Airport dated 01 of December 2013. 5.
