1) Dubai Municipality (DM) – Sewage, irrigation and drainage NOCs, Discussion
with structure engineer regarding our designs, Fencing, shoring and piling permits,
Dewatering permits, Excavation NOCs, Excavated materials shifting NOCs, Non
hazard disposals NOCs, Permission to use any adjacent plot belongs to the
authority, Demarcation Certificates, Shoring inspections, Reimbursement of the
refundable payments.
2) Road and Transportations Authority (RTA) – New projects excavation NOCs,
NOCs for using anchors in the road side, NOCs from the Metro authority for any
project near the metro course, The usage of any part of the road, Permission to use
cars parking.
3) Dubai Electricity and water authority (DEWA) – The water and electricity
construction NOCs, Shifting of any facilities such as cables, pipelines, etc..
4) TECOM – Fencing and mobilization permits, Demarcation certificates, Shoring and
piling permits, Discussion with structure engineer regarding our designs,
Coordination with infra structure consultants.
5) Jebel Ali Free Zone Authority (JAFZA) – Gate passes for our employees and
subcontractor working in the Free Zone Area, Coordinate with Civil Engineering
department to get all required approvals and permissions, Notice of Intent (NOI),
Coordinate with accounting department in order to reimburse our refundable
payments.

6) Environment, Health and Safety (EHS) – Gate passes for heavy vehicles and
equipments, certificate of conformity (COC), Safety inspection after handing over
the project.
7) Other Activities – Coordinate with the consultants in the post-contract stage,
Financial dealings with all authorities, Following up with the authorities regarding all
fines, Following up the submittals of permits and approved drawings from the main
office to any project, Attend the coordination meetings with the owners and the
consultants, Supporting the projects managers to get the permits required through
the mobilization and demobilization stages, Following up the filing of all official
documents sharing the document controller

Projects. Tasks include full supervision and responsibility of site
preparation, surveying, drilling, steel cage installation, concrete
casting and testing work for the following:
 Board Piles – Diameters varying from 0.6m to 1.20m depths from 12m to
37m using bentonite, water, full casing (including projects containing secant and
contiguous piles
 CFA Piles – diameters varying from 05m to 0.8m & depths from 12m to 22m
 Diaphragm Walls – Widths are varying from 0.6m to 0.8m & depths from
15m to 38m
 Shoring Works – installation of I Beams & C Beams with different sizes.
 Responsible also for all testing works such as: Static Load, Dynamic Load,
Integrity & Sonic Logging Tests.

Projects : The Palm Island, Jumeirah Dubai (October 2004 to December

2004) – Offshore Residential Buildings where 1073 bored piles
were executed.
: More than 6 High Rise Residential & Commercial Buildings in
Dubai, Sharjah, Ajman, amongst is the highest towers in Sharjah
and Residential and commercial building for Dubai Ruler Office.
: Executed around 3000 bored piles, 600 CFA piles, 2 projects for
shoring work with different consultant offices (Turner, Ace, Adnan
Safarini, Al Hashemi…)
