DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES Assists in the planning, design, documentation, and implementation of various systems to include Desktop PCs,

, servers, network equipment, software applications, isp , web,applications,FTP Server. Monitors and maintains the use of the LAN and WAN, photocopiers and printers. Develops, maintains, and monitors procedures for all server backups. Monitors, plans, and coordinates the distribution of client/server software and service packs. Makes recommendations for new equipment and services to purchase and works with various vendors for procurement. Perform on-site and remote technical support if require for official purpose. Assist in the organization and inventory of all hardware and software resources. Maintains excellent communication with the technical team and software team on all tasks and projects. Provides emergency on-call support and monitor the web and application server. Performs other technical duties as assigned. Provide software/network and desktop support to all employees if the technical team escalated the issue. Designs, installs, upgrades, configure, and repairs local and wide area network hardware and Infrastructure. Assist in management to planning IT budget if needs. . Monitor the IT team to work smoothly and working infrastructure properly. Assist the IT team in developing and coordinating future network/server/software replacement plans. Guide IT team with simple network/desktop troubleshooting techniques. Oversee network and server configuration maintenance and management Ensuring data is backed up on a regular basis using Backup Exec software. Overseeing computer security and anti-virus updates etc. Providing IT support to computer users within the office if IT member not able to fix. First port of call and initial troubleshooting of IT problems and resolving if possible Monitor and administration of bio matric system and CCTV camera in office.

 Ensuring live data and application sync working proper both on live server and local server. Ensuring mail server working properly and health status of the all server. Ensuring unauthorized access block on all servers local and globally. Timely solution & trouble shooting of all issue. Monitoring, administration and troubleshooting on Databases MY SQL, Postgres. Planning ahead for implementing server and network with management. Password and identity management Monitoring, administration and troubleshooting of firewall and router. ensuring to keep the data backup of exits employee.
