Palos Park, IL 10/11- 4/12 - Worked closely with customers to focus on their satisfaction of the restaurant - Developed and used proper organizational skills to run the front desk and restaurant as a whole - Ran the register and handled all money transactions Waitress 4/12- present - Waited on customers with excellent customer service - Developed a camaraderie with my coworkers creating a positive work environment - Took constructive criticism from customers to improve both personally and professionally Eisenhower Developmental Learning Program Summer School 6/12- present One on one aide - Worked one on one with a non-verbal autistic five year old child assisting in developing both her cognitive and motor development skills with a variety of tasks, games, and learning activities - Worked with eight other children in the classroom with a variety of disabilities varying from Down syndrome, cerebral palsy, and autism - Assisted teacher and teacher assistant in anything they needed including leading activities and lessons
