)uring the past $eca$es* fuzzy logic control FLC" has +een one of the #ost acti,e an$ fruitful areas for research in the application offuzzy set theory. -t has has +een an acti,e research topic in auto#ation an$ control theory* since the .or/ of Ma#$ani propose$ in %&01 +ase$ on the fuzzy sets theory of 2a$eh %&34"* to $eal .ith the syste# control pro+le#s .hich is not easy to +e #o$ele$ 5Ma#$ani E.H. %&016. The fuzzy control has +een gro.ing rapi$ly in recent years* #a/ing it $ifficult to present a co#prehensi,e sur,ey of the .i$e ,ariety of applications that ha,e +een #a$e. Fuzzy logic* .hich is the logic on .hich fuzzy control is +ase$* is #uch closer in spirit to hu#an thin/ing an$ natural language than the tra$itional logical syste#s. !asically* it pro,i$es an effecti,e #eans of capturing the appro7i#ate an$ the ine7act nature of the real .orl$. Fuzzy logic syste# $esign has rapi$ly +eco#e one of the #ost successful of to$ayEs technologies for $e,eloping sophisticate$ logically $esigns syste#. Fuzzy logic a$$resses such applications perfectly as it rese#+les hu#an $ecision #a/ing .ith an a+ility to generate precise solutions fro# certain or appro7i#ate infor#ation. Co#ple7 fuzzy logic is a generalization of tra$itional fuzzy logic* +ase$ on co#ple7 fuzzy sets. -n co#ple7 fuzzy logic* inference rules are constructe$ an$ Ffire$F in a #anner that closely parallels tra$itional fuzzy logic.
