He focuses on political progress that we have made in the U.S., or the lack there off. We have made strides toward racial equality in positions of Public Administration and office but our political and law making actions would say otherwise. Internal Strengths: This article is great at opening the minds of readers to the reality of racial prejudice still existing in society. Internal Weaknesses: The author never opens up the discussion on Administrative Theory in this article. It would have been better for him to pull in more about Administrative Theory and how that relates to the postracial America.
