1. INTRODUCTION
This document details all security tokens which relate to the Sales application.
Please be aware of the following:
if a token is referred to as selected then the box next to the token name is ticked in Security Management;
if an option is referred to as greyed out the user will be unable to select the option, preventing them from
proceeding;
if a token is referred to as historical it no longer applies to Legend these tokens can be selected or not
selected without any change to the users permissions;
tokens are grouped according to their prefix in security management.

1.2. SALES_002
This token controls the users ability to select another Salesperson from the drop down box in the Contact screen.
1.2.1. TOKEN SELECTED
If the token is selected the user will be able to select another Salesperson, as shown.

This token controls the users ability to access the Set Location option, within the Tools menu.
1.4.1. TOKEN SELECTED
If the token is selected the user will be able to select the Set Location option.
1.5. SALES_005
This token controls the users ability to access the Delete Contact option, within the Contact menu.
1.5.1. TOKEN SELECTED
If the token is selected the user will be able to select the Delete Contact option.

This token controls the users ability to edit the Club before saving a contact.

1.7. SALES_008
This token controls the users ability to access the Recurring Settings tab, within the New Activity form. This is
accessed by selecting a Contact, selecting the Activities tab at the bottom of the screen, and double clicking an
empty slot.
1.7.1. TOKEN SELECTED
If the token is selected the user will be able to access the Recurring Settings tab.

This token controls the users ability to save a new contact without including a title.
1.8.1. TOKEN SELECTED
If the token is selected the user will be able to save a contact without a title.
1.8.2. TOKEN NOT SELECTED
If the token is not selected the user will see the error below, and the contact will not be saved.
1.9. SALES_010
This token controls the users ability to access the Batch Update option under the Tools tab.

If the token is selected the user will be able to access the Batch Update option.

This token controls the users ability to create duplicate prospects. Please note a Replicated Prospect Check will
need to be created in Control Panel >> Data >> Prospect >> Replicated Prospect Check before the Sales application
can check for duplicates.
1.11.1. TOKEN SELECTED
If the token is selected the user will see the message below when attempting to create a duplicate prospect. They
will be able to select Yes and the prospect will be created.
1.12.
SALES_IMPORT
This token controls the users ability to use the Import Prospect desktop icon to import prospects.
1.12.1. TOKEN SELECTED
If the token is selected the user will be able to access the Legend Prospect Import Wizard.
