I like to design experimentally to create responsive and innovative architecture.
I believe that good architecture has the power to change peoples moods, and I hope to give people the thrill

Worked on an award winning residential project in South East London and gained the firm several of pieces of work
overseas by creating a stronger website and through social media.
Given the opportunity to travel and meet potential clients for the company.

Assisted in several projects of varying sizes, and worked closely with lead architects from concept design through to final
detailing and visited site to view progress.

Nicholas Alexander Creative Construction Architectural Design Intern June July 2013
Created a design proposal for client taylor st baristas, translated 2D floor plans into a 3D CAD model after visiting the
site. Produced visuals and drawings and contacted material suppliers to estimate construction costs and pitched the idea
to the CEO, branch owner and the founder of the company.
Worked with my colleagues to design part of the exhibition stand for a show for the company Kipling in Amsterdam.
Created a 3D model of a structural frame and outputted dimension drawings for construction on site. Drew out complex
curved/irregular designs for the tops of the stands, produced cutting files using artCAM and used the CNC router to cut
them in the workshop.
Designed a 3x3m two-storey cube with external staircase to house the catering services at the Annual Restaurant & Bar
Design Awards, attended a meeting with the head design team, and communicated with them through the process
creating drawings and visuals. Contacted suppliers to specify material quantities for construction.
