CONTRATO DE LICEN�A DE SOFTWARE DA INTEL (Distribui��o OEM / IHV / ISV e

utilizador �nico)

IMPORTANTE - LER ANTES DE COPIAR, INSTALAR OU UTILIZAR.

N�o deve utilizar nem carregar este software e qualquer outro tipo de material
associado (colectivamente designado por "Software") antes de ler cuidadosamente os
seguintes termos e condi��es. Ao carregar ou utilizar o Software, est� a concordar
com os termos deste contrato. Se n�o concordar com os termos deste contrato, n�o
deve instalar nem utilizar o Software.

Tamb�m deve ter em conta o seguinte:

* Se for um fabricante original de equipamento (OEM), um fornecedor independente
de hardware (IHV) ou um fornecedor independente de software (ISV), este CONTRATO
DE LICEN�A aplica-se na totalidade;
* Se for um utilizador final, s� se aplica o Anexo A, o CONTRATO DE LICEN�A DE
SOFTWARE DA INTEL.

Para os OEM, IHV e ISV:

LICEN�A. Este Software est� licenciado para ser utilizado apenas com produtos de
componentes da Intel. A utiliza��o do Software com produtos de componentes que n�o
sejam da Intel n�o se encontra licenciada neste contrato. De acordo com os termos
deste contrato, a Intel concede-lhe uma licen�a a n�vel internacional, n�o
exclusiva, intransmiss�vel, totalmente paga, em conformidade com os direitos de
autor da Intel para:
a) utilizar, modificar e copiar o Software internamente para fins de
programa��o e manuten��o; e
b) modificar, copiar e distribuir o Software, incluindo trabalhos
resultantes do Software, aos seus utilizadores finais, mas s� em conformidade com
um contrato de licen�a cujos termos sejam, pelo menos, t�o restritivos quanto os
termos contidos no contrato de licen�a de utilizador �nico, final da Intel,
inclu�do como Anexo A; e
c) modificar, copiar e distribuir aos utilizadores finais a documenta��o
fornecida com o Software, mas apenas a que estiver relacionada com o Software.

Se n�o for o fabricante ou fornecedor final de um sistema inform�tico ou de um

programa de software que inclua o Software, pode transferir uma c�pia do Software,
incluindo trabalhos resultantes do Software (e a documenta��o para utilizadores
finais relativa a este software), para o seu destinat�rio, de forma a que ele
possa utilizar o Software de acordo com os termos deste contrato, desde que esse
destinat�rio fique vinculado aos termos referidos no presente documento. Caso
contr�rio, n�o deve atribuir, conceder sublicen�as, alugar nem transferir ou
divulgar o Software a terceiros. N�o deve descompilar, desmontar nem proceder �
engenharia de invers�o do Software.

Salvo se estiver expressamente referido neste contrato, n�o se concede qualquer

direito ou licen�a directamente ou por dedu��o, incita��o, caducidade ou por
qualquer outro motivo. A Intel tem o direito de controlar ou mandar um perito
independente controlar os seus registos relevantes, a fim de verificar o
cumprimento dos termos e condi��es deste contrato.

CONFIDENCIALIDADE. Se quiser que um consultor ou subcontratante ("contratante")

execute o trabalho em seu nome e se esse trabalho implicar o acesso ou utiliza��o
do Software, tem de exigir ao contratante a assinatura de um contrato de
confidencialidade por escrito, com termos e obriga��es relativos ao acesso ou
utiliza��o do Software t�o restritivos quanto os referidos neste contrato e
excluindo os direitos de distribui��o, bem como a utiliza��o do Software para
outros fins.
Caso contr�rio, n�o deve divulgar os termos ou a exist�ncia deste contrato nem
utilizar o nome da Intel em publica��es, an�ncios ou outros avisos, sem obter o
consentimento pr�vio, por escrito, da Intel. N�o tem direito de utilizar os
log�tipos ou as marcas comerciais da Intel.

PROPRIEDADE DO SOFTWARE E DIREITOS DE AUTOR. O t�tulo de propriedade de todas as

c�pias do Software permanece propriedade da Intel ou dos seus fornecedores. O
Software est� protegido pelas leis dos direitos de autor e pelas leis dos Estados
Unidos da Am�rica e de outros pa�ses, bem como por disposi��es de acordos
internacionais. Os avisos de direitos de autor n�o podem ser removidos do
Software. A Intel pode, a qualquer momento e sem aviso pr�vio, fazer altera��es no
Software ou nos itens referidos neste documento, mas n�o est� obrigada a prestar
servi�os de assist�ncia nem a actualizar o Software. Salvo se estiver
expressamente indicado em contr�rio, a Intel n�o concede quaisquer direitos
expressos ou impl�citos ao abrigo de patentes, direitos de autor, marcas
comerciais ou outros direitos de propriedade intelectual da Intel. O Software s�
pode ser transferido se n�o guardar c�pias do Software e se o destinat�rio
concordar em ficar vinculado aos termos deste contrato.

GARANTIA LIMITADA DE MEIOS. Se o Software tiver sido entregue pela Intel em

suporte f�sico, a Intel garante que esse suporte estar� livre de defeitos f�sicos,
por um per�odo de noventa (90) dias a contar da data de entrega pela Intel. Se for
detectado um defeito desse tipo, o suporte deve ser devolvido � Intel para
substitui��o ou entrega alternativa do Software, de acordo com o livre arb�trio da
Intel.

EXCLUS�O DE OUTRAS GARANTIAS. EXCEPTO COMO ESTABELECIDO ACIMA, O SOFTWARE �

FORNECIDO "COMO EST�" SEM QUAISQUER GARANTIAS EXPRESSAS OU IMPL�CITAS DE QUALQUER
TIPO, INCLUINDO GARANTIAS DE COMERCIALIZA��O, N�O VIOLA��O OU ADEQUA��O A UM
OBJECTIVO ESPEC�FICO. A Intel n�o garante nem se responsabiliza pela precis�o ou
integridade dos gr�ficos, informa��es, texto, liga��es ou outros itens contidos no
Software.

LIMITA��O DE RESPONSABILIDADE. EM NENHUM MOMENTO, A INTEL OU OS SEUS FORNECEDORES

SER�O RESPONS�VEIS POR QUAISQUER DANOS, SEJAM ELES QUAIS FOREM (INCLUINDO, MAS SEM
LIMITA��O, PERDA DE LUCROS, INTERRUP��O DA ACTIVIDADE COMERCIAL OU PERDA DE
INFORMA��ES), RESULTANTES DA UTILIZA��O OU INCAPACIDADE DE UTILIZA��O DO SOFTWARE,
MESMO QUE A INTEL TENHA SIDO ALERTADA DA POSSIBILIDADE DE OCORR�NCIA DE TAIS
DANOS. ALGUMAS JURISDI��ES PRO�BEM A EXCLUS�O OU LIMITA��O DE RESPONSABILIDADE NO
QUE DIZ RESPEITO A GARANTIAS IMPL�CITAS, DANOS CONSEQUENCIAIS OU ACIDENTAIS, PELO
QUE A LIMITA��O SUPRA PODE N�O SE APLICAR AO SEU CASO. PODEM EXISTIR OUTROS
DIREITOS LEGAIS QUE VARIEM DE JURISDI��O PARA JURISDI��O.

CESSA��O DESTE CONTRATO. A Intel pode cessar este contrato a qualquer momento se
os respectivos termos forem violados. Ap�s a cessa��o deste contrato, todo o
Software e respectivas c�pias t�m de ser imediatamente destru�dos ou devolvidos �
Intel.

LEIS APLIC�VEIS. Qualquer reivindica��o resultante deste contrato ser� regida

pelas leis da Calif�rnia, excluindo os respectivos princ�pios de conflito de leis
e as Conven��es das Na��es Unidas sobre Contratos que regem a Venda de Produtos. O
Software n�o pode ser exportado, violando as leis e os regulamentos de exporta��o
aplic�veis. A Intel n�o est� obrigada por qualquer outro acordo, a n�o ser que o
mesmo tenha sido elaborado e assinado por um representante autorizado da Intel.

DIREITOS GOVERNAMENTAIS RESTRITOS. O Software � fornecido com "DIREITOS

RESTRITOS". A utiliza��o, duplica��o ou divulga��o pelo Governo est� sujeita �s
restri��es estabelecidas em FAR52.227-14 e DFAR252.227-7013 et seq. ou em
legisla��es posteriores. A utiliza��o do Software pelo Governo constitui o
reconhecimento dos direitos de propriedade da Intel, como descrito neste contrato.

ANEXO "A"
CONTRATO DE LICEN�A DE SOFTWARE DA INTEL (Utilizador �nico, final)

IMPORTANTE - LER ANTES DE COPIAR, INSTALAR OU UTILIZAR.

N�o deve utilizar nem carregar este software e qualquer outro tipo de material
associado (colectivamente designado por "Software") antes de ler cuidadosamente os
seguintes termos e condi��es. Ao carregar ou utilizar o Software, est� a concordar
com os termos deste contrato. Se n�o concordar com os termos deste contrato, n�o
deve instalar nem utilizar o Software.

LICEN�A. Pode copiar o Software para um �nico computador para seu uso pessoal, n�o
comercial e pode tamb�m fazer uma c�pia de seguran�a do Software, de acordo com as
seguintes condi��es:
1. Este Software est� licenciado para ser utilizado apenas com produtos de
componentes da Intel. A utiliza��o do Software com produtos de componentes que n�o
sejam da Intel n�o se encontra licenciada neste contrato.
2. N�o pode copiar, modificar, alugar, vender, distribuir ou transferir qualquer
parte do Software, excepto conforme estabelecido neste contrato e concorda em
impedir que sejam efectuadas c�pias n�o autorizadas do Software.
3. N�o pode efectuar a engenharia de invers�o, a descompila��o nem a desmontagem
do Software.
4. N�o pode atribuir sublicen�as nem permitir a utiliza��o simult�nea do Software
por mais do que um utilizador.
5. O Software pode conter o software ou outra propriedade de outros fornecedores,
parte do qual pode ser identificada em, e licenciada de acordo com qualquer
ficheiro "license.txt" inclu�do ou com outro texto ou ficheiro.

PROPRIEDADE DO SOFTWARE E DIREITOS DE AUTOR. O t�tulo de propriedade de todas as

INTEL SOFTWARE LICENSE AGREEMENT (OEM / IHV / ISV Distribution & Single User)

Do not use or load this software and any associated materials (collectively, the
"Software") until you have carefully read the following terms and conditions. By
loading or using the Software, you agree to the terms of this Agreement. If you do
not wish to so agree, do not install or use the Software.

Please Also Note:

* If you are an Original Equipment Manufacturer (OEM), Independent Hardware Vendor
(IHV), or Independent Software Vendor (ISV), this complete LICENSE AGREEMENT
applies;
* If you are an End-User, then only Exhibit A, the INTEL SOFTWARE LICENSE
AGREEMENT, applies.

For OEMs, IHVs, and ISVs:

LICENSE. This Software is licensed for use only in conjunction with Intel
component products. Use of the Software in conjunction with non-Intel component
products is not licensed hereunder. Subject to the terms of this Agreement, Intel
grants to you a nonexclusive, nontransferable, worldwide, fully paid-up license
under Intel's copyrights to:
a) use, modify and copy Software internally for your own development and
maintenance purposes; and
b) modify, copy and distribute Software, including derivative works of the
Software, to your end-users, but only under a license agreement with terms at
least as restrictive as those contained in Intel's Final, Single User License
Agreement, attached as Exhibit A; and
c) modify, copy and distribute the end-user documentation which may
accompany the Software, but only in association with the Software.

If you are not the final manufacturer or vendor of a computer system or software
program incorporating the Software, then you may transfer a copy of the Software,
including derivative works of the Software (and related end-user documentation) to
your recipient for use in accordance with the terms of this Agreement, provided
such recipient agrees to be fully bound by the terms hereof. You shall not
otherwise assign, sublicense, lease, or in any other way transfer or disclose
Software to any third party. You shall not reverse- compile, disassemble or
otherwise reverse-engineer the Software.

Except as expressly stated in this Agreement, no license or right is granted to

you directly or by implication, inducement, estoppel or otherwise. Intel shall
have the right to inspect or have an independent auditor inspect your relevant
records to verify your compliance with the terms and conditions of this Agreement.

CONFIDENTIALITY. If you wish to have a third party consultant or subcontractor

("Contractor") perform work on your behalf which involves access to or use of
Software, you shall obtain a written confidentiality agreement from the Contractor
which contains terms and obligations with respect to access to or use of Software
no less restrictive than those set forth in this Agreement and excluding any
distribution rights, and use for any other purpose.
Otherwise, you shall not disclose the terms or existence of this Agreement or use
Intel's name in any publications, advertisements, or other announcements without
Intel's prior written consent. You do not have any rights to use any Intel
trademarks or logos.

OWNERSHIP OF SOFTWARE AND COPYRIGHTS. Title to all copies of the Software remains
with Intel or its suppliers. The Software is copyrighted and protected by the laws
of the United States and other countries, and international treaty provisions. You
may not remove any copyright notices from the Software. Intel may make changes to
the Software, or to items referenced therein, at any time and without notice, but
is not obligated to support or update the Software. Except as otherwise expressly
provided, Intel grants no express or implied right under Intel patents,
copyrights, trademarks, or other intellectual property rights. You may transfer
the Software only if the recipient agrees to be fully bound by these terms and if
you retain no copies of the Software.

LIMITED MEDIA WARRANTY. If the Software has been delivered by Intel on physical
media, Intel warrants the media to be free from material physical defects for a
period of ninety (90) days after delivery by Intel. If such a defect is found,
return the media to Intel for replacement or alternate delivery of the Software as
Intel may select.

EXCLUSION OF OTHER WARRANTIES. EXCEPT AS PROVIDED ABOVE, THE SOFTWARE IS PROVIDED

"AS IS" WITHOUT ANY EXPRESS OR IMPLIED WARRANTY OF ANY KIND, INCLUDING WARRANTIES
OF MERCHANTABILITY, NONINFRINGEMENT, OR FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE. Intel
does not warrant or assume responsibility for the accuracy or completeness of any
information, text, graphics, links or other items contained within the Software.

LIMITATION OF LIABILITY. IN NO EVENT SHALL INTEL OR ITS SUPPLIERS BE LIABLE FOR

ANY DAMAGES WHATSOEVER (INCLUDING, WITHOUT LIMITATION, LOST PROFITS, BUSINESS
INTERRUPTION OR LOST INFORMATION) ARISING OUT OF THE USE OF OR INABILITY TO USE
THE SOFTWARE, EVEN IF INTEL HAS BEEN ADVISED OF THE POSSIBILITY OF SUCH DAMAGES.
SOME JURISDICTIONS PROHIBIT EXCLUSION OR LIMITATION OF LIABILITY FOR IMPLIED
WARRANTIES OR CONSEQUENTIAL OR INCIDENTAL DAMAGES, SO THE ABOVE LIMITATION MAY NOT
APPLY TO YOU. YOU MAY ALSO HAVE OTHER LEGAL RIGHTS THAT VARY FROM JURISDICTION TO
JURISDICTION.

TERMINATION OF THIS AGREEMENT. Intel may terminate this Agreement at any time if
you violate its terms. Upon termination, you will immediately destroy the Software
or return all copies of the Software to Intel.

APPLICABLE LAWS. Claims arising under this Agreement shall be governed by the laws
of California, excluding its principles of conflict of laws and the United Nations
Convention on Contracts for the Sale of Goods. You may not export the Software in
violation of applicable export laws and regulations. Intel is not obligated under
any other agreements unless they are in writing and signed by an authorized
representative of Intel.

GOVERNMENT RESTRICTED RIGHTS. The Software is provided with "RESTRICTED RIGHTS."

Use, duplication, or disclosure by the Government is subject to restrictions as
set forth in FAR52.227-14 and DFAR252.227-7013 et seq. or their successors. Use of
the Software by the Government constitutes acknowledgment of Intel's proprietary
rights therein. Contractor or Manufacturer is Intel Corporation, 2200 Mission
College Blvd., Santa Clara, CA 95052.

EXHIBIT "A"
INTEL SOFTWARE LICENSE AGREEMENT (Final, Single User)

IMPORTANT - READ BEFORE COPYING, INSTALLING OR USING.

Do not use or load this software and any associated materials (collectively, the
"Software") until you have carefully read the following terms and conditions. By
loading or using the Software, you agree to the terms of this Agreement. If you do
not wish to so agree, do not install or use the Software.

LICENSE. You may copy the Software onto a single computer for your personal,
noncommercial use, and you may make one back-up copy of the Software, subject to
these conditions:
1. This Software is licensed for use only in conjunction with Intel component
products. Use of the Software in conjunction with non-Intel component products is
not licensed hereunder.
2. You may not copy, modify, rent, sell, distribute or transfer any part of the
Software except as provided in this Agreement, and you agree to prevent
unauthorized copying of the Software.
3. You may not reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble the Software.
4. You may not sublicense or permit simultaneous use of the Software by more than
one user.
5. The Software may contain the software or other property of third party
suppliers, some of which may be identified in, and licensed in accordance with,
any enclosed "license.txt" file or other text or file.

INTERRUPTION, OR LOST INFORMATION) ARISING OUT OF THE USE OF OR INABILITY TO USE
THE SOFTWARE, EVEN IF INTEL HAS BEEN ADVISED OF THE POSSIBILITY OF SUCH DAMAGES.
SOME JURISDICTIONS PROHIBIT EXCLUSION OR LIMITATION OF LIABILITY FOR IMPLIED
WARRANTIES OR CONSEQUENTIAL OR INCIDENTAL DAMAGES, SO THE ABOVE LIMITATION MAY NOT
APPLY TO YOU. YOU MAY ALSO HAVE OTHER LEGAL RIGHTS THAT VARY FROM JURISDICTION TO
JURISDICTION.

TERMINATION OF THIS AGREEMENT. Intel may terminate this Agreement at any time if
you violate its terms. Upon termination, you will immediately destroy the Software
or return all copies of the Software to Intel.

APPLICABLE LAWS. Claims arising under this Agreement shall be governed by the laws
of California, excluding its principles of conflict of laws and the United Nations
Convention on Contracts for the Sale of Goods. You may not export the Software in
violation of applicable export laws and regulations. Intel is not obligated under
any other agreements unless they are in writing and signed by an authorized
representative of Intel.

GOVERNMENT RESTRICTED RIGHTS. The Software is provided with "RESTRICTED RIGHTS."

Use, duplication, or disclosure by the Government is subject to restrictions as
set forth in FAR52.227-14 and DFAR252.227-7013 et seq. or their successors. Use of
the Software by the Government constitutes acknowledgment of Intel's proprietary
rights therein. Contractor or Manufacturer is Intel Corporation, 2200 Mission
College Blvd., Santa Clara, CA 95052.
