Question: Where can I obtain the information of the CS Index? Answer: CS Index for each builder will be uploaded to BCA website on a monthly basis. CS Index for each month will be computed based on available records as at 20th of preceding month. Only the 3 most recent months CS Indices will be retained.

Question: How to determine which period of CS Index should be used for evaluation of tender? Answer: The CS Index for the month that the tender has closed should be used. Example: A tender closed on 17th March 2011. Hence, March 2011 CS Index will be used for evaluation.

A tender closed on 31st Dec 2011. Hence, Dec 2011 CS Index will be used for evaluation.
