eGA has adopted SOA approach to seamless integrate the government eServices offered by
various ministries for citizens/residents, business and government employees. This integration
framework would integrate the eServices of the channels (National Portal) and, the web services
or applications of the different ministries.

The MasterCard inControl platform will allow issuers to leverage both “off-the-shelf” solutions as
well as create customized offerings depending on the needs of their customers

JP Morgan Chase being the “Best Overall Bank for Payments and Collections in North America and #1
Visa®/Mastercard® Purchasing Card Issuer & Fleet Card Issuer ” wanted to integrate, monitor, secure
and analyze the customer requests going to Master Card’s inControl System using a standard
https web service, which was implemented using a highly performance and secure IBM Data
Power a SOA appliance which can process XML at wire speed and log the request asynchronously
to an MQ based system which will be further processed by a reporting Portal.

5. XTreme Application System Study – Millicom / TIGO 3 months

allow subscribers to pay a fixed amount and get unlimited tiGO to tiGO minutes of free calls within
a certain period of time.

6. Buyer Review Submission Form – Attradius 4 months

Buyer Review Submission form application is used by the Atradius to provide reviews about
Buyers based on various criteria such as credits, frauds etc. BRSF was developed as Service
oriented form processing review process, where the Buyer review forms can be
submitted/searched, which then kicks off a Process which was implemented as a BPEL Process for
form submission/search. It also included migration of existing Oracle Forms BRSF application to
RIA or a JEE application, in order to provide smooth transition initially Oracle Forms (Applets)
were integrated as part of JEE / RIA User Interface, demonstrating the two way communication
from Oracle forms to JavaScript.

BRSF web services were developed as EJB-3 session beans facilitating an efficient communication
for J2EE components, and form submission process were developed as a BPEL processes in Open
ESB.

Responsibilities:

 Identifying the services, infrastructure services and process with appropriate granularity to
achieve optimized performance.
 Developing the backend services and BPEL process using Glassfish, Open ESB.
 Handling two UI teams, one Nexaweb RIA team and other being IBM JSF team for building

Production environment to an Oracle SOA Suite based SOA infrastructure with a Web 2.0 front
end. A pilot was built using Nexaweb and Adobe Flex 2 front end with Oracle SOA Suite backend.

MaGnet application suite support the processes utilized to design, plan and implement GSM, GPRS
and UMTS network resources in O2.The current MaGnet suite is based on the classic 2‐tier
architecture. Considering the future needs for expansion, new requirements of scalability,
performance, better support and maintenance have cropped up; consequently the need to make
an architectural change for the MaGnet suite. I have proposed the technology roadmap to deal
with the entire architectural change process. The change was from 2 tier Delphi Application to a
Web Services based J2EE Application. The technologies involve Borland Delphi, SOAP and Web
Services.
