End User Experience

With Echoworx Encrypted Mail, businesses have the power to enforce encryption by setting their own privacy
policies. Emails are automatically encrypted, based on the preconfigured policies. Encrypted Mail users digitally
sign, encrypt and decrypt messages using their email client.

Exchanging Encrypted Mail

Sending an encrypted message to another Encrypted
Mail subscriber is as easy as clicking ‘Secure.’ Just com-
pose your message, click “Secure” and send.

Receiving Encrypted Mail as a Subscriber

You will see the Encrypted Mail messages in your inbox with
a small gold lock. You simply double-click and enter your
Secure ID to unlock and open the message.

Receiving Encrypted Mail as a Non-Subscriber

As a non-subscriber you will receive a notification
email informing that an Encrypted Mail message is
waiting at the secure Web Pick-up Portal. The recipi-
ent simply clicks on the activation link to set up a new
web portal account. After clicking ‘Activate’, the web
portal account is created and the recipient can read the
encrypted message. They can use this same account for
all future encrypted messages.
