Guarantee Inflatable Boat is factory-shrink wrapped as inspected by Hedcor Inc. December 2013. Our guarantee that the boat is in proper condition extends only up under these conditions: 1. Item was shipped to end user in protective box / packaging materials 2. Item was unpacked carefully - no cutting blades or pointed objects used in unpacking 3. Item was unfolded in safe area no sharp objects in the area 4. Item was inflated ONLY using the provided pump and instructions followed as per manual no motorized pump used Under the above conditions, we warranty that the item will be fully inflatable and hold the air. Item is guaranteed not to deflate. Once integrity is established, the item is considered fully operational and shall have no further warranties as using a boat exposes it to unpredictable objects and circumstances that cannot be covered by any warranty. This test must be conducted within 24 hours of receipt of the item and any problem must be informed immediately within the prescribed period.
