Terms & Conditions: Employment against all the above mentioned positions will initially be carried out on contract basis for a period of two years (further extendable) with 3 months probation period. NLC offers reasonable salary at NLC-BPS/NLC-SPS (Equivalent to BPS) which shall further be negotiable based on the qualifications and experience of the individuals along with attractive package of fringe benefits. At the time of induction/interview the candidates will have to provide HEC verified educational documents / degrees / transcripts. NLC is providing following facilities to its employees:As per NLC Service Rules. Telephone Casual leave 21 days (Casual leave after 21 days will be converted into privilege leave).
