Monday
Early Morning: Breastfeed Or 1 cup full cream milk. Breakfast: French toast made with 1/2 - 1 slice of wheat bread. Mid morning: 1 fresh fruit cubed into small pieces or 1 cup of fruit or vegetable juice or 1 cup of tomato or vegetable soup. Lunch (Curd optional): cup mashed paneer gravy and 1 chappati/parantha or 1/4 cup paneer and peas curry and 1 chappati or 1/2 cup rice. Evening snack: 1 cup milkshake with a fruit of your choice (bananas, mangoes or strawberries). Dinner: cup haryali chicken curry (made with spinach puree) with 1 chappati or 1/2 cup rice.

Tuesday
Early Morning: Breastfeed Or 1 cup full cream milk. Breakfast: cup cereal such as ragi (nachni) or dalia cooked in whole cream milk Add -1 tsp of powdered or finely chopped dry fruits to increase the nutritive value. Mid morning: 1 fresh fruit cubed into small pieces or 1 cup of fruit or vegetable juice or 1 cup of tomato or vegetable soup.

Lunch (Curd optional): cup moong dal khichri with vegetables such as bottle gourd, pumpkin Or 2-3 tablespoons of de-boned and mashed fish and potato curry with parantha. Evening snack: half bun or 1 slice garlic bread with 1/2 cup milk. Dinner: 1 1/2 - 1 parantha stuffed with grated cheeseOr1/2 1egg parantha.
Wednesday
Early Morning: Breastfeed Or 1 cup full cream milk. Breakfast: 1 small moong dal cheela (dosa) with coriander or tomato chutney. Mid morning: 1 fresh fruit cubed into small pieces or 1 cup of fruit or vegetable juice or 1 cup of tomato or vegetable soup. Lunch (Curd optional): cup egg or chicken curry with cup rice or 1 roti. If your baby is up to eating a bit more, you may also try giving her 1-2 tablespoon of mashed vegetables that you are eating. Evening snack: 1/2 banana muffin or a slice of cake with 1/2 cup milk. Dinner: 1/2 cup baked vegetables such as cauliflower, beans and peas, mashed potatoes with soup.
Thursday
Early Morning: Breastfeed Or 1 cup full cream milk. Breakfast: 1/2 - 1 vegetable parantha stuffed with boiled and mashed potatoes, peas and carrots. Mid morning: 1 fresh fruit cubed into small pieces or 1 cup of fruit or vegetable juice or 1 cup of tomato or vegetable soup. Lunch (Curd optional): 1/4 cup soya granules and aloo curry with 1/2 cup rice or 1 chapatti. Evening snack: 1 whole grain cracker with a small cube/slice of cheese or Any soup variety. Dinner: cup tomato fish curry, cup rice, 1-2 tablespoons of vegetables such as lauki or pumpkin.
Friday
Early Morning: Breastfeed Or 1 cup full cream milk. Breakfast: - 1/2 cup suji upma with vegetables such as finely chopped beans and carrots. Mid morning: 1 fresh fruit cubed into small pieces or 1 cup of fruit or vegetable juice or 1 cup of tomato or vegetable soup. Lunch (Curd optional): cup butter chicken/chicken curry with 1 chapatti or cup rice. You may also want to add 2-3 tablespoons of seasonal vegetables or a mixed vegetable such as methi aloo or gobhi matar if your baby seems hungrier. Lunch (Curd optional): 1/4 cup rajma or chholey with 1 chapatti or parantha. Evening snack: 1/2 - 1 slice Walnut Bread with 1/2 cup milk. Dinner: cup khichri with 1 chicken drumstick.
Sunday
Early Morning: Breastfeed Or 1 cup full cream milk. Breakfast: Parantha stuffed with egg bhurji OR Scrambled, hard boiled or poached eggs with toast. Mid morning: 1 fresh fruit cubed into small pieces or 1 cup of fruit or vegetable juice or 1 cup of tomato or vegetable soup. Lunch (Curd optional): cup vegetable khichri with vegetables such as peas, carrots, and potatoes. Evening snack: Fruit smoothie with 1 cup whole cream milk and a fruit of your choice. Dinner: 1/2 cup chicken biryani and a few slices of cucumber and carrots. Occasionally, you may want to serve desserts. Do remember to keep your toddler's daily sugar intake to about 1-2 tsp, and use honey or jaggery (gur) to sweeten the dessert instead of sugar. Hi All, my baby is 15months old, he is having nearly 12 teethes but he hesitate to chew his food, he only swallows the food. Please suggest me how to teach him to chew his food and also he hesitate to drink milk or juice or any liquid food in a tumbler or sipper. Please suggest me some way to have his food properly Not happy with this comment? Let us know

Yes you can give your 11 month old non-veg chicken stew. Boil 2 pieces of boneless chicken + tomato + 1 potato. Give it with mashed rice. Not happy with this comment? Let us know
