THEN JESUS CAME There is an estuary of the sea on the Scottish coast which is two miles across. To reach the other side of the inlet involved a long journey by land. The estuary divided the populations on each side until it was spanned by the great Firth Bridge which united the two shores. Until Jesus came, there was an unbridged gulf between mans need and lostness, and the mercy and forgiveness of God. Now, Ye who were far off are made nigh by the blood of Christ (Eph 2: 13). O, the love that drew salvations plan! O, the grace that brot it down to man! O, the mighty gulf that God did span At Calvary! Roger _____________

New Teaching Series Leadership This morning your child will learn that good leaders know how to work on a team. They understand that God has given everyone a part to play in His plan. Some people do the preaching, some do the singing, and some do the serving. Everyone has to work together to get the job done, that is why teamwork is so important to God. Simply stating, this is a church wide Bible Study that everyone will be able to participate in together. Each day you will choose from three options, depending on how much time you have. The categories are SNACK, MEAL, and FEAST. Each category will contain some of the same scriptures as the others; only differing in their quantity.
