IDENTIFICATION
Primary & Secondary required; do not seat a candidate for an exam unless he/she provides both forms of valid ID. One primary with photo & signature, one secondary with signature. Identification Requirements

Primary ID

Should generally be government issued and currently valid (not expired). It must also be an original document (not a photocopy or fax). It ideally should also contain the candidates signature*. *Note: many candidates are now presenting new forms of GovernmentIssued ID which are of a biometric type. Some biometric forms of ID no longer include a space for the candidates signature. If a candidate presents a biometric form of primary ID without the space for a signature, the candidate should be asked to present a secondary form of

ID with a signature. Secondary ID Local Language ID Any ID from the Primary list or a bank, credit or debit card. Secondary ID must contain the candidates signature. Government-issued local ID is acceptable as long as the ID meets the established Pearson VUE guidelines.

NAME MATCHING GUIDELINES

Follow the standard Name Matching Guidelines Name discrepancies on the ID that are due to typographical errors, traditional and cultural variations and technical limitations are allowed.

DEMOGRAPHIC CHANGES
If a candidate notices that their registration details are incorrect, they can amend these online. If a candidate wishes to amend their first, middle or last names, they can amend these online.

DOCUMENTS REQUIRED TO TEST

Candidates are required to bring their confirmation email with them to the test centre, however if they do not have it candidates are still permitted to test.

LATE ARRIVALS & NO SHOWS


Candidates are advised to arrive 30 minutes before the test is due to start e.g. from 8:30am for a 9:00am appointment. Candidates should be accommodated if they are up to 15 minutes late e.g. up to 9:15am for a 9:00am appointment.

If a candidate is more than 15 minutes (e.g. if candidate arrives after 9:15am for a 9:00am appointment) then the candidate should be accommodated whenever possible but this will be at the test centre managers discretion i.e. if schedule permits. An incident should be raised if a candidate had to be turned away because he/she was late and could not be accommodated. No-Shows No incident required.

EXAM EVENTS/RESULTS

The review time is included in the total amount of time allowed for the exam. The exam is not a pass or fail exam. Information provided: candidate details, date, result. SUPPLEMENTARY INFORMATION
3.1 EXAM INFORMATION

Candidates use a mouse and/or keyboard to complete the answers. Candidates are presented with 100 Multiple Choice Questions pool based (Single Best Answer). Candidates are able to skip questions or flag them for review at a later stage during the exam.

. 3.2 REGISTRATION AND SCHEDULING


Registration Methods First Finance candidates can register and schedule by: Visiting the Candidate Website (www.pearsonvue.com/firstfinance). Calling the +44 (0)161 855 7517 registration number at the Call Centre, Monday through Friday, 8:00 A.M. to 4:00 P.M. Central Standard Time. This number should only be used for booking appointments with accommodations, or when there is a problem with online booking. Registrations at Test Centre will be possible as candidates use a voucher to pay (should be scheduled at least one full business day (24 hours) in advance). Registration Information All payments for exam fees are handled through First Finance. Pearson VUE never collects or refunds exam fees for First Finance candidates. Candidates will purchase an e-learning package including vouchers from First Finance and then use a voucher to register and pay for the exam on Web or at a test centre. First Finance provides standard accommodations. Candidates who need to request special accommodations do so from the client as noted in Accommodations section. The Pearson

VUE Accommodations Team will schedule the appointments and make the necessary arrangements. All First Finance exams should be scheduled at least one full business day (24 hours) in advance Confirmation emails will be generated after scheduling, rescheduling or cancelling tests. Rescheduling and Cancelling First Finance candidates must reschedule and cancel exam appointments 48 hours before the appointment via the Candidate website or the Call Centre. All registrations with accommodations must be rescheduled or canceled through the Call Centre. The client does not authorise any reschedules/cancellations during the penalty period including illness, work commitments or other reasons. There are no exceptions to this policy.

3.3

RETAKE REQUIREMENTS
There are no restrictions to retakes - no minimum waiting time. Candidates are allowed to register for the same exam twice. Candidates can retake a passed exam.

3.4

ACCOMMODATIONS

No automatic time extension is given to candidates who reside in a country where the first language is not English. The above accommodations should not be discussed or offered to candidates. Candidates must contact First Finance with their requirements, who will make a decision and approve the appropriate accommodation. Accommodation requirements will be notified to the Customer Service Centre by the Programme Co-ordinator. The Customer Service Centre books the accommodation and test, and emails the test centre to inform them of the booking if the accommodation is anything other than extra time. The Customer Service Centre will also inform the Programme Co-ordinator that the booking has been made; candidates will receive the auto confirmation email.

ENDING AN EXAM

Follow the standard policy as detailed in the test centre guide. Be sure to give candidates the printed Score Report described in the previous section before they leave the test centre.
