Goal 1: Establish and nurture positive and productive relationships with the faculty and staff of the Youngsville

Elementary School family that may serve as the launching pad for a year of observations, evaluations, curricular support, and crucial conversations. Objective A: Develop a constructive relationship with all certified teachers. Actions for Accomplishing Objectives Timeline Send introductory letter to all faculty and staff members. Impact The staff will be able to identify me as a person and understand my personal vision for YES and will know that I am Staff have come to me with student issues and instructional issues seeking advice and support. Meet with each faculty member. (TAs, bus drivers, Cafeteria employees, custodians) Actions for Accomplishing Objectives Timeline Impact Send introductory letter to support staff. Each lunch in teachers lounge with TAs Walk-through cafeteria line Leave encouraging notes in support staff mailboxes Learn at least one personal thing about each of the support staff members and ask them about it. Include at least one shout out in each of our staffs weekly newsletter to support staff Goal 2: Establish and nurture positive and meaningful relationships with the student body and families of Youngsville Elementary School. Actions for Accomplishing Objectives Timeline Impact Introduce myself on morning The students at YES will come o know me as a person and as a announcements supportive, instructional leader in our school. I will also get to know the students we serve. Introductory walk-throughs in first week of school Be a strong presence at buses, in classrooms, in the cafeteria, and during transitions, and at carpool Eat lunch in cafeteria with students Be visible on the playground

Actions for Accomplishing Objectives Timeline Impact Greet parents during morning duty and The families of YES will come to know me as a person and a in main lobby supportive and visible leader for our school. In turn I will become familiar with the families we serve. In addition I will be known by Attend Open House rd local businesses that support our school. Attend 3 grade Read to Achieve Night Students stop by my office Attend PTA board meeting Join PTA Attend Fall Festival Attend fundraiser Eat Out Nights at local restaurants
