Utilities Supervisor Business Unit: COCOA Based: Surabaya, Gresik

Responsibilities:
Daily Management of the Utilities Unit comprising of waste water treatment plant, oil-fired boiler, bio-mass boiler, factory air conditioning (industrial), cooling systems, air compressors, firefighting system, water system and emergency generators Supervision of operations and making sure they comply with rules and regulations, safety and environmental requirements Supervision of contractors who execute operations in the Utilities Unit Liaising with various stakeholders such as the Local Authority, Gresik Fire Service, EPA and other relevant agencies Translating manuals and maintenance instructions to practical instructions for subordinates Enforce the safety, food safety, equipment safety, fire protection, security rules and takes all necessary actions to maintain a safe, food safe, secured environment Responsible for using maintenance and reliability principles to improve the utilities equipment reliability, product quality and productivity within the plant maintenance budget

Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering B.Sc. in Engineering related field Good knowledge in industrial utilities Ability to balance and manage multiple tasks

Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines Ability to interpret interpret technical drawings Ability to develop and manage good working relationships with internal departments Demonstrated ability to solve complex technical problems using formal techniques to evaluate systems, equipment, and failures. Demonstrated ability to organize and implement projects which improve the operational effectiveness of a processing facility
