UnitedHealthcare, Rockville, MD 2010 - 2013 Director Network Operations Mid-Atlantic Region (2010-2013), Directed decommissioning activities for an acquisition claim system. Managed Gated HMO products by engaging corporate stakeholders to facilitate issue resolution and prevention.
