PREFACE
DND is the DO NOT DISTURB service and this is used by the mobile subscriber which do not require any type of promotion or advertisement messages of Real Estate, Hospitality, Tourism etc. This is introduced by TRAI and it has been instructed to all the operators, which operator found violating this he would be penalized. This document is about how the telemarketers use this DND data while promotions provided with non-violations of TRAI rules.

DND Update Process Steps:

1.Login to the server with IP '54.251.18.180. 2.Open the URL nccptrai.gov.in.
NCCPTRAI stands for national customer preference register where the telemarketers have to register them through paid license. Which is regulated by TRAI (Telcom regulatory authority of India) and the registered users have been allotted by particular user name id and password.

3.Login with the assigned user id and password

Click on the login option. User enters the user id and password when he has been successfully logged.

A page showing payment status opens.

4.Now click on the NCPR Data Download section.

It contains incremental and full data. The incremental data contains list of all those MSISDN. Which activated the DND(Do not disturb) service and MSISDN which has de- activated DND service in last week.

5.Download the file and save it to a particular path. Download the zip file to D/DND/Incremental data(received files must be in csv
format)

6.Open the DND Update Interface using URL below:

The incremental data file should be downloaded upon this host server. http://localhost:8080/DND/admin/login.do;jsessionid=72B3213C77CE274758 F6A1CD604482CF?returnURL=uploadDND.do.,Now Upon login the interface with the credential. The user will get the page below.

Now upload the downloaded csv files in point 4 here,as in the above pic,then click on the submit button.

NOTE:-In some cases,NCCP site is unable to share the increemental data due to some internal issues,so then the given below steps are to be followed for full data updation.

STEPS FOR FULL DATA UPDATION

Step1:- Download files receive from network operators.(Received file will be in csv format)

Step2:- Merge all Downloaded file in single one. (You can merge it easly through command i.e. copy *.csv filename.csv.)

Step3:- Copy this filename.csv on folder where your scrubber.py is located. Step4:- Now run the scrubber.py. it will create 20 csv files and start storing all mobile number which having condition A, on these 20 files.

Step5:- Merge these all 20 csv files in one csv file.
