Unfreezing At first, change process in the school will begin by concluding that enhanced motivational level is essential for

increasing performance level and job satisfaction of teaching staff. For this at first, survey is done about motivational level of teaching staff of school and in other school. Additionally, review is taken from parents and students about teaching staff. After realization of low level of motivation, forces that are trying to maintain status quo will be reduced. As resistance to change is natural to human, teaching staff will resist any alien idea, administration will communicate with staff enlightening benefits of enhanced motivational level. Furthermore, administration will create sense of urgency as schools are high in number in market which has reduced switching cost of student in recent times. In order to tackle such situation, coercive strategy will be used to some of the staff. Secondly, it will be informed that school needs highly self-motivated staff; thus such staff will be rewarded as per their performance. In this way rational strategy will be used so that staff will perceive such change will be beneficial to them as well. Coercive strategy will be used to such staff who are not critically important to school and who available in market easily. The notion is that more we know about a change and more we sense it is crucial and critical, the more inspired we are to agree with such change. As change is continuous process, feedback from teaching staff will be considered for future purpose. Moving: This phase is marked by implementation of change. This phase will mark time of uncertainty among teaching staff, making training necessary to increase motivational level. Here, actual attempt to shifting teaching staffs behaviour is made. This is done through enhancing career profile and providing extra benefits such as free education to their children. It will take time for teaching staff to feel comfortable and start to act in ways that are supportive to the change initiative. Here, as gradual change will be required normative i.e. reducative strategy will be used. Using this strategy will discard old norms which will be replaced by new one reflecting new motivational level. Once staff begin to notice benefit of change, they will start to take responsibility in ownership of change and enterprise it. Some staff may feel to get more benefit form maintaining status quo. In such case, plenty of communication has to be done. Some of them need more time to accept change.

Freezing: After changing motivational level, it needs to be stabilized so that it does not reverse back to previous state. However, nothing in an organisation should be permanent so staff should be made fully aware about further future possible changes. Einstein school should refreeze enhanced motivation level. School should have reward system with proper recognition and best employee award. This will maintain motivational level of staff. In order to maintain new motivational level, supports should be provided by school administration. School will encourage new motivational level of staff as said above and discourage old behaviour. For this rational strategy will be used. Staff as said above will get benefits for repeating new behaviour.
