They are profiled metal roof cladding with distincti e features that include! concealed fasteners" minimi#ed isi$le cut%edges and an array of colours to choose from. The end%result of a Permalock or Permaseam installation is a roof that is lu&urious and continuous in appearance ' without the interruption of screw heads and laps. I stallatio Permaseam can $e installed on surfaces with irtually no run%off 1pitches as low as 4.0 deg.3 while Permalock should ha e a minimum pitch of 4/ deg. 7t is highly recommended that these systems $e installed o er a solid8flat deck to minimi#e the possi$le occurrence of oil%canning or panel rippling. Starting from one corner8end of the roof" panels are laid and secured $y clips fi&ed directly to the su$strate material $y screws ' these do not puncture the metal panels. Panel edges are turned and hemmed to minimi#e contact with the elements 9asteners are concealed as su$se:uent panels are laid and locked together $y the integral snap%lock action of Permalock or in the physically seaming of Permaseam ia hand or machine ' seams can $e fa$ricated at /0" +2 and 462 degrees.
