5. Please specify the dates when you watched the presentations. Enter the number of PDUs to claim (up to 12 PDUs). You are required to watch twenty seven (27) presentations in order to claim 12 PDUs. Please note: At the end of each presentation, you must complete the quick survey in order for IIL to keep records of your attendance (for PMI audit purposes). Once you are done and have attested that the information you have provided is correct by checking the box I agree the claim is accurate, please click on Submit.

Please enter the appropriate number of PDUs to claim (5.00, 10.00 or 12.00 PDUs): To claim 5 PDUs, you are required to watch a minimum of 7 presentations of your choice.
