EMS Ship Supply is a provider of marine and offshore supplies, marine products, spare parts and marine services. Through an extended worldwide network of 45 branch offices in 18 countries, we ensure a precise delivery of all the supplies wherever and whenever.

Health, Safety, Environment and Quality

EMS Ship Supply has been certified GLOBALLY in Quality and Environment management according to standards ISO 9001:2008 & ISO 14001:2004 by Bureau Veritas. EMS Ship Supplys management system applies for supply of all kinds of products to vessels and facilities, including offshore and military. Our customers reduce their exposure by dealing with an environmentally responsible organization with a worldwide presence. They can also profit from improved product and service quality that meet their expectations and offer an opportunity to reduce their costs on the basis of continual improvement. We have designed a HACCP program (Hazard Analysis Critical Control Point), which all our branch offices have developed and adapted it to their needs, in order to fully ensure food safety. Our main hubs have gone one step further: ISO 22000 certification is the highest standard in the food industry, which assures the protection of the consumer. In a process that started in 2010, the seven most important branch offices have reached this certification level: Algeciras, Dubai, Houston, Las Palmas, Rotterdam, Singapore and Tarragona.

Offshore
EMS Ship Supply creates value for its customers within the offshore sector through its unique experience and capabilities, having also developed a worldwide network of services to the Oil & Gas industry. EMS Ship Supply is present in some of the hottest offshore spots in the world: North Sea, Gulf of Mexico, Persian Gulf, South America, Asia, Africa, etc. We are constantly increasing our reach through our network of branches and franchisees that operate based on our standards and fully equipped with our special equipment, offshore containers, lashing, mini reefers and thermotainers. With our reliable know-how and logistics capacity we can provide solutions for our customers (oil rigs, PSV, AHT, seismic units, pipe layers, jack ups and other ships). Our professional staff can offer support in dry docks, yards or repair quays during overhaul periods in permanent presence to cope with daily required supplies of consumables, tools and general stores. New built units at shipyards are being supplied and supported by our branches and beginning with the launch we can monitor all ports, through which they make mobilization and replenishments up to their arrival in the operation fields. We also supply to multinational catering companies providing high standard foodstuff on their passage through the ports. 2

Cargo
EMS Ship Supply provides services to all kinds of cargo vessels, from container ships to bulk carriers with general ship supplies, marine products and spare parts.

Military
EMS Ship Supply has a vast expertise in catering for military operations and peace-keeping forces around the world. Our main customers are: Spanish Navy US Navy Royal Navy Other NATO allies EMS Ship Supply currently holds Prime Vendor contracts for several NATO countries (subsistence and MRO contracts). We offer full subsistence supply in remote locations and military bases, hygiene and janitorial supplies, maintenance, repairs and operations as well as Base Operations Support for civil and military bases. We also provide logistics solutions and food provisions in conflict zones. Outside of the US, we stock American products (foodstuff, cleaning materials, etc.) for our American military customers in Dubai, Cadiz, Rota and Djibouti.

Cruise
EMS Ship Supply is specialized in handling the cruise industrys unique needs. We are present in key ports from Hamburg and Rotterdam in the North Sea to Barcelona, Gibraltar, Canary & Balearic Islands and other locations in the Iberian Peninsula such as Portugal, as well as in the US Gulf, Argentina & Uruguay, Middle East and Asia. In Spain, we also supply the best fresh produce through our affiliate Sunny & Fresh which is specialized in premium class fresh fruits and vegetables. In Montevideo, Uruguay, we have our own farm that crops all the fresh produce.

Fishing
EMS Ship Supply has a long experience in supplying fishing vessels. We are strategically located in Vigo, which is known for being one of the largest fishing ports in the world, as well as for being the base for most of the international Spanish fishing companies. With our extended presence we are able to supply international fishing boats on a global scale, from the small boats fishing along the coast to the big trawlers sailing out for several months. Moreover, we stock supplies for fishing vessels, such as nets, ropes and other essentials. 3

North America
EMS Ship Supply has offices in Houston and Mobile , a representative in Corpus Christi and the Port of Fourchon, and a Sales Office in Connecticut. Houston branch office: equipped with modern logistic and warehouse capacity of 3.200 m2, serving around the clock in the Gulf region, a complete stock of national and imported goods; supplying merchant vessels and also cruise vessels covering routes in the zone with Galveston. Mobile branch office: specialized for the Offshore industry, warehouse capacity of 500 m2. Serving ports of Alabama, Florida, Louisiana, Mississippi and Texas from our branch offices in Houston and Mobile. Alliance with United Chandlers: operating in more than 65 ports on the Western and Eastern seaboards of USA and Canada (Vancouver, Montreal and Halifax). Alliance for supply in all of southern Gulf of Mexico and Panama (based in Mercansa, providing chemicals and other items).

South Europe and the Mediterranean

24 Branch offices with bonded facilities along the coast of Spain, Portugal and Canary Islands. Off-limit service: Ports of Algeciras, Gibraltar, Las Palmas and others. Merchant Vessels: Algeciras, Gibraltar, Las Palmas, Valencia, Lisbon among other branch offices (LNG Tankers, container vessels, Ro-Ro ships). Offshore: Las Palmas (full range of goods) and Vigo (service to shipyards, full range of goods). Cruise Sector: strong presence in Barcelona (Europes N 1 passenger port), Mallorca (Europes N 2), Canary Islands and others. Military Customers: logistic capability of delivering to military vessels (NATO and some non-NATO) in all Mediterranean ports. Fishing Sector: long tradition in supplying fishing fleets from our offices in Vigo, Corua, Pasajes, Huelva, Las Palmas and Agadir. Fresh produce: Supplied through our own specialized company Sunny & Fresh.

Africa
Serving ports of Agadir, Casablanca, Jorf Lasfar, Mohammedia and Tanger Med. Serving all kinds of provisions, including frozen meat from EU and bonded products. Specialized in technical & safety items and fishing equipment. EMS Ship Supply is also present with delivery facilities along the coast of West and Southern Africa, dedicated to our offshore customers operating in the area. We are also capable of supplying goods elsewhere in East Africa upon request and preliminary study.

South America

ARA Region and Northwest Germany: Fully renovated facilities and improved logistics in Rotterdam (6.500 m2 modern logistics platform). Specialized in the supply of a variety of goods to vessels and offshore facilities all over Europe. Own fleet of offshore containers, thermo containers and eutectic technology. Packing and transportation, warehousing and stocking, storing of third party articles and owners parts as well as freight forwarding, and customs service. Main ports served: Amsterdam, Antwerp, Bremen, Bremerhaven, Hamburg, Rotterdam and Wilhelmshaven. Also offering services in Danish and Norwegian ports. Spare parts sourcing and distribution centre - Hamburg: Serving marine products and spare parts, genuine and OEM or alternative parts for all types of vessels worldwide. Middle East
The Dubai office is the nerve centre of the UAE operation with substantial storage capabilities. In Dubai, the facility plot size is in excess of 90.000 m2 and the warehouse can accommodate in excess of 30.000 pallets. Branch offices: Afghanistan, Bahrain, Djibouti, Kuwait, Oman and Qatar . Asia Pacific
Located in one of the worlds busiest ports: Singapore. In-Port and Off-Port limit supplies. Supplies also in the following locations: Australia, China, Japan, Korea, Malaysia/East Malaysia (Borneo), Philippines and Vietnam. Marine Services from Singapore: Services and certification of Safety Relief Valves; Repair, upgrading and insulation of LPG carriers; Refrigeration and HVAC (installation, repair and services); Cleaning and upgrading of ventilation systems; Fire, rescue and safety services; Carpentry, upholstery and refurbishment of accommodation areas; Repair and reconditioning of marine products. In-Place Generator Cleaning: The smart solution for oil and dirt contaminated Stators and Rotors with no dismantling required. Oily and dirty areas are saturated with the water-based degreaser soap and can be washed off with filtered hot water (80-90C). Drying/baking with high volume warm airflow (110C, < 30 hrs).
