Check for cable wire faults like over heat, burnt, cut etc. Check for any accidental physical damage in the controller. Check PLC display, ports, switches etc. Check Alarms individually and thoroughly. Check if no relays y are loose by yp pressing g all of them down in to place. Check if all bridges are well positioned by pressing them down. Check if all Input/output connectors from PLC are well fixed by pushing them in to place. place Check if both connectors on Traco Transformer/converters are well inserted.

To be used only if PLC malfunction. Start generator manually and turn bypass knob to the right p position The AC from generator will be bypassed to the rectifier to keep the site alive and charge batteries.

Green C creates its own alarms, which can be observed in the remote monitoring tool or also sent to BTS from connection points R1 to R12. R1 - Green Controller bypass yp active
Indication that Green controller is in bypass mode (emergency mode) To reset, the bypass knob needs to be turned to normal position

R2 AC1 available
Indication that alternated current is being detected in AC1 position To reset, generator 1 needs to be stop.

R3 AC2 available
Indication that alternated current is being detected in AC2 position, position either from generator or from the grid. To reset, only if gen2 or grid is not supplying power

R4 - Generator x service interval
One of the generator has reached the maximum programmed running time (defined in parameters - GENx_SERVICE_INTERVAL) To reset, after intervention in the generator concerned, go to GreenC di l E4 or E8 and display d press 0

R5 Generator 1 alarm
This alarm is a sum of 3 conditions: Gen1 external e te a a alarm, a ,e external te a p physical ys ca a alarm a o of t the e ge generator. e ato Ge Generator failed to start, Occurs if controller give command to start generator, and no AC is detected. Generator G t failed f il d to t stop, t O Occurs if controller t ll give i the th command d to t stop t generator and still AC is detected. To reset this alarm you need to turn the system to manual and back to automatic, but only possible if none of these conditions are active.

R6 Generator 2 alarm
This alarm is a sum of 3 conditions Gen2 external alarm, external physical alarm of the generator. , Occurs if controller g give command to start Generator failed to start, generator, and no AC is detected. Generator failed to stop, Occurs if controller give the command to stop generator and still AC is detected. detected To reset this alarm you need to turn the system to manual and back to automatic, but only possible if none of this conditions is still active.

R7 - Fuel low (only with NSN green energy controller analogue fuel sensor)
Indication that fuel is below the parameter defined FUEL_LEVEL_LOW. To reset this alarm the fuel needs to be above the defined value.

Alarm indicates that there was a decrease of the fuel level above the value defined in parameter FUEL_DELTA_HIGH, during an interval of time defined in parameter FUEL_DELTA_TIME, values defined in Litre/minutes.
