A letter is cutt off in a partiular situation when using proj. and builder

809 online/offline When an action is done immediately after going offline (the man on the
top of the screen is still green. After pulling out plug to the mobile
device it takes a few seconds till the man turns red), an error message
comes up. (in addition to the bug, there is also a word missing in this
message, see attached bmp). When click 'close' to this message, the
screen does not refresh so the WR still seems to be in the previous
folder, although it really did move to the right folder. because it is on
the screen, the action can be clicked again for the same WR. When click
the action twice for the same WR, it will always remain in the folder
with the offline icon even after sync. For example: a builder is in the
WR->completed folder, pulls out the plug and clicks 'verify' to WR1. The
error message comes up. The user clicks 'close' and sees the WR still on
the screen (although WR1 did move to WR->verify). The user clicks
'verify' again, and WR1 is locked in the verified folder with the offline
icon (the icon that marks that an action was done offline) even after
user syncs. On the PC the builder can see WR1 in the completed folder
and he is able to verify it.

Replication procedures:

1. Log in as builder (name:b600, password:b) on mobile device

while online
2. Open WR->completed
3. Select WR 1869
4. Pull out plug to go offline
5. Immediately click More->Verify, before green man on top turns
red
6. Get error message – see missing word (see in attached bmp)
7. Click close
8. See WR 1869 still selected on the screen
9. Click More->Verify
10. Open WR->verified
11. See WR 1869 with offline icon
12. Put in plug and sync
13. Open WR->verified and see WR 1869 still there with offline icon

In order to see that the WR did actually move from completed to

verified the first time 'verify' was clicked do the following:
1. Repeat steps 1-8 with WR 1822
2. Select Main->WR->verified
3. See WR 1822
 At this point the bug will not occur (after sync the icon will not
reappear), since you are in the verified folder, and obviously cannot
perform the action again in this folder. The reason why the bug came
up before is because the screen didn't refresh after the message error
came up and the WR still seemed to be in the completed folder.
When user loses connectivity while transmitting data, the WR stays in
the folder with the offline icon and in the PC it is already advanced. If
810 online/offline the user then syncs online, the bug is resolved.
When performing an action in yellow mode there is no warning that the
WR is not being submitted to the server online and that the user has to
sync to submit it, but there is an offline icon next to the WR. (This has
811 online/offline been reported in past releases)
When going offline from online mode (by pulling out the plug) it takes
as long time for the application to register that it is offline. This creates
812 online/offline bug 809 and maybe 810.
There is an issue on the PC app that if you lose connectivity
immediately after performing an action (i.e. after it started
transmitting data), you get an error message: An error message cannot
error msg be displayed. Strangely on the blackjack it shows up fine but on the
when pocket PC, the word “displayed” doesn’t appear. Please see the
transmitting attached bitmap. I do not see this error message in the string table to
