with almond nut and bake for 10 minutes.

C) 200 gm sel raising flour

B) 125 ml ice-cream soda

Beat A, mix B then add C. Wipe baking

Fry both flour till light and aroma rises.
Add boiling water or (warm coconut milk)
and fold into a soft dough.

2 tbsp chili powder
Salt to taste
Sieve all flour together, add chilli powder,
pounded jintan manis. Add water and fold into
a soft dough.

EGGLESS BANANA CAKE


Ingredients
120g margarine
110gm castor sugar
1 tbsp lime juice
250g bananas, mashed
1/2 tsp vanilla essence

Method
Line and grease a 20cm square or round cake pan. Preheat
oven to 180-190C. Beat margarine, sugar and essence till
light and fluffy. Stir in lime juice. Fold in sifted flour.

Sift:
250g self-raising flour
1/2 tsp baking powder
1/2 tsp bicarbonate of soda

Bake in preheated oven for 40-45 minutes or until cake is


cooked through when tested with a skewer.

Add in mashed bananas with a metal spoon. Mix in


gradually. Pour mixture into a prepared cake pan.

3 tbsp condensed milk (dilute with water)
Food colouring red,green & yellow
Beat butter & sugar till light & fluffy, add egg one by one and beat well. Add in sieved
flour bit by bit alternately with diluted condensed milk and mix well , finish with flour. Add
vanilla essence. Divide flour into three bowls, add colour to each cake mixture.
In a baking tray scoop a spoonful of ( No.1) yellow flour into the tray, then scoop in a
spoonful of (No.2) green flour on top of the yellow flour and finally scoop a spoonful of
(No.3) red flour on top of the green flour. Repeat this step till all the flour is layed into
the baking tray.
