INTERNSHIP DESCRIPTION - COMMERCIAL REAL ESTATE INVESTMENT Marcus & Millichap (www.marcusmillichap.com), is currently seeking commercial real estate investment interns. Duties include, but not limited to: * Underwriting properties in assigned territory using income and expense information * Creating & maintaining Comparable Sales data. * Searching for and recording Available listings. * Track and compile commercial real estate transactions within a defined territory using on-line database tools and Microsoft Excel * Develop marketing flyers, due diligence material and property overviews using Microsoft Word, Salesforce. * Research commercial property details using several databases and online sources. * Send out targeted, personalized mailers to clients. * Take pictures of properties in assigned territory.
