Lynn Taylor is president of Taylor Protocols, Inc. He created the Core Values Index, the first human assessment that characterizes and quantifies the innate unchanging human nature of a person. This is a balanced lifemeaningful life presentation. Each member is asked to complete the Core Values Index online before the presentation. This takes less than ten minutes. Each person receives a personal CVI report which will allow full participation in the presentation experience. The Choices topic leads the audience through a greater awareness of the nature of human life, our universal purpose, and how we derive meaning and fulfillment from our lives. Taylor illustrates the way each persons unique innate nature sets up specific wired-in challenges and prescribes where in this world we fit best in order to make our highest and best contribution. A Life Satisfaction Evaluator is also provided to each participant prior to the event. This evaluator reveals any negative impact that some might experience because they are currently not in the right seat, doing the right work. Top Performer Proles


We use patent-pending algorithms to scientifically find core values patterns in top performers in any position. The result is a Top Performer Profile (TPP) that is used to pre-select future top performers from the field of candidates for a given position.

The 80/20 Protocol: Job Matching and Optimal Restructuring


Individuals in each position who are rated as C and D performers can have their Core Values Index scores compared to the TPP in other positions and a musical chairs restructuring will cause a significant increase in the number of employees whose core values are aligned with the tasks required in each position. This increases human productivity more than is generally believed to be possible.
