COMMISIONNING OF IPCLCK1000 SERVER

Requirement 1. 2. 3. 4. Have the setup of LMT application of the IPCLCK1000 in your PC. Have a LAN cable Have a PC. Have the good version of the software of the IPCLCK1000 in your PC

We assume that the IPCLCK1000 is already powered on. Step1: Connect a LAN cable from your PC to the FE-2 port in the IPCLCK1000. You should put your PC in the same segment (You should not choose the IP address 81.0.1.125 and 81.0.1.127 because they are respectively operation and maintenance and service default IP address of the IPCLCK1000). Step2: Open the LMT application in your PC and set the office information about the IPCLCK1000 (name of the IPCLCK1000 and the IP address of the IP clock) then Login to the IPCLCK1000 using this parameter. Login: admin Password: IPClk Step3 You have to type the following MML commands LST SOFTWARE to check the version of the software that is installed in the IPCLK1000. DLD SOFTWARE to download the software from your PC which is the server to the IP CLOCK. You will have to indicate these parameters of the server. User: admin Password: admin (it is the password of the FTP server) The directory where the software is.

ACT SOFTWARE to activate the software. Step 4 Login again in the IPCLCK1000 through the LMT and type the following MML commands. LST SOFTWARE to check the versions of the software in the main and the standby area of the IPCLCK1000.

If the both version of the software are the same go to step 5. If the both version of the software are not the same type the command: SYN SOFTWARE to synchronize the different versions of the software. Step 5: Set the IP address in the IPCLCK1000 for service and for operation and maintenance according to the planning of the IP network. To do so you will type the following MML commands SET ETHIP to enter the IP address according to the planning. RST BRD to reset the board so that the command of setting the IP address will take effect. You will be disconnected from the IPCLCK1000 because the Operation and maintenance IP has changed. Step 6: Change the IP address of your PC and put it in the same segment of the IP of the Operation and Maintenance of the IPCLCK1000. Open the LMT application and modify the IP of the office information by putting the IP address of operation and maintenance of the IPCLCK1000. Then login to the IPCLCK1000. Step 7: You should now verify the services. You will type the following MML commands: DSP GPSINFO to check the status of the GPS it should be normal DSP SRVCLKSTAT to check the status of the server clock, if the IPCLCK1000 is really working as server. It should be normal. DSP BRD to check the status o f the board. It should be normal.
