&he year 9((7 saw the opening of management education system in the country with the decision of 4u5arat 6niversity to meet the -urgeoning demand for young managers -y allowing K.S. School of Business Management and 3esearch, first of its own .ind in 1
India, offering :;ive years integrated MB! programme0 to -e set up. Initially, it started of as a three-year BB! programme, which was su-se<uently converted into a five-year integrated MB! programme. &his course provides an avenue for enhancement and improvement of the traditionally efficient 4u5arati talent through formal learning in the various aspects of -usiness management. It is the endeavor of the school through this integrated ;ive-year MB! programme, to e<uip the students to meet the needs of the community and the country.

We organize a two days event under the -anner of ADVENT consisting of Management 4ames, =rint !d competition and lot other interesting activities that give your minds an outlet to e+plore their creativity and talent. We firmly -elieve in performing social responsi-ility from our side to the society at a large. ,ence, we organize :Blood "onation 1amp0 in co-operation with =rathama Blood 1entre there-y providing the organization a platform to share their activities. &rue to the spirit of the institute, the event attracted a very positive and encouraging response from the students and faculties.
&he institute regularly organizes seminars and guest lectures -y inviting 1orporate Stalwarts and prominent academicians with the aim of sharing their e+perience in relation to various managerial theories and practices. &his helps in the overall grooming and -oosting students0 intellectual level.

=rint advertisement is the heart of the whole event. By this competition, students can show their creativity. Students will prepare advertisement in the print form on !B size 5
paper as per sponsor0s re<uirements. !ll the ads will -e open for e+hi-ition and the sponsors will -e at their discretion to ta.e them. Sponsors will 5udge first two winners for advertisement of their product. &he competition has got an overwhelming response from the corporates li.e Intas =harma, ,avmor ;oods, 3amdev Masala, 1ity 4old Multiple+, Eade Blue, "ig5am, 3adio Mirchi, 4un5an =aints, !5anta &oothpaste, =rathma Blood centre, Sandesh, Sanghi 1ement, =aras =harma, !sopalav, India 3enal ;oundation, &&K ,ealth 1are , !rya Sans.rti, etc.

Sponsor of print ad competition will -e allowed to place ma+imum of 7 -anners in and around the venue. &he position of -anner would -e conveyed to the sponsor in advance 2 the last word would -e that of management. &he sponsor of print ad will -e allowed to distri-ute pamphlets among the students -ut with prior permission of the management. &he name of the sponsor will -e announced at the -eginning of the day, during the -rea.s and at the end of the day through out the event. Sponsor will -e given chance to display their product also su-5ect to product characteristics. !ll the ads of a particular product will -e given to a particular sponsor.
