Canadian History

• On December 1st 2000, the Bandidos were given

Probationary Status in Canada but they had no “colours”
yet.

• On January 6th 2001, the new Probationary Bandidos

hosted a “patch” party in Kingston Ontario. The
Canadian Probationary Bandidos “unveiled” their
patches at this party.

• Canadian Probationary Bandidos, as well as full

members and officers from the Bandidos in the United
States and Europe attended this party.

17
Canadian History Cont’d
• This heavily attended party confirmed that there
were chapters of the Probationary Bandidos in
Toronto, Kingston, Montreal and Quebec City.

• Shortly after receiving Probationary Bandidos

status, The Toronto Chapter switched and
became Hells Angels.

• In June 2001 a group of former members of the

Loners MC, a 1%-er motorcycle club, formed the
new Toronto chapter of the Bandidos.

19
The “No Surrender Crew”

• 2002 Project Amigo diminished the size

further. Quebec Bandidos end.
• Name No Surrender Crew was used by
the Toronto Chapter thereafter.
• Muscedere assumed the presidency.
• The No Surrender Crew formed both the
local and national chapter.
20
Expansion in Canada?
• 2004: Toronto assumed control over a group in
Edmonton who wanted to become Bandidos.
This was known in Texas but soon thereafter,
Edmonton Bandidos all became Hells Angels.
• Winnipeg were not a full Bandidos chapter.
They were to be under Toronto’s control in the
months leading up to April 2006.
• In 2007 further efforts to expand were made in
Calgary & Saskatchewan. Neither succeeded.

21
The size of Canadian Bandidos
In Early 2006
• Very small when compared to Bandidos
worldwide
• In 2005-2006 there were two
internationally recognized chapters, both
in Toronto (No Surrender Crew “local” &
National)
• Toronto & National were the same people [approx.
25 total]

Understanding Dynamics of
Canada’s Response

28
Bill Sartelle’s email to Bandido “Nation”

12/28/2005 To whom it may concern: For the past year or

more, we, BMC USA, have attempted to make
communications with Canada. We have directed face to
face visits from whoever is in charge up there. Up till now
there has been no visit from the proper person. It has
been decided that due to lack of participation, Canada's
Charter is being pulled. Effective immediately: Return all
Bandido patches and property to the following address:
Bill Sartelle 511 Gleneagles dr. Friendswood, Tx. 77546
In approximately 30 days we will make notification to all
that we no longer have a Chapter in Canada and that
any person wearing our Patch, in Canada, is not
sanctioned. Bill 1%er

Sandham’s Response
January 4, 2006
[Email Brief at tabs 6 and 7]

“I am just hearing about a problem with

Toronto. I hope this not reflect on us
…..Also, Bandido Wayne “W” would like
someone their to call him. He is in
London, Ontario 1-519-702-1641”

30
Part of Toronto’s response on
January 6, 2006 to Bandido Nation:

We ask that our Brothers make there voice

heard from all over the world and stand tall
with us in support of us as we have our
brothers. We would like a worldwide vote
from all of our brothers from around the
world before we return our Bandido
property.
