Shaping, soundproofing panels

The boards can be shaped as shown in the picture. They are suitable for atypical protection of building constructions.
Sound-proof panels: milled or perforated boards with a veneer surface, HPL for reduction or absorption of noise.
Suitable for lecture halls, theatres, concert halls, etc.

boards

The boards are made from expanded vermiculite, wood material, and organic binder.
The fire combustibility class of the boards is B. The boards are used for protection of all types of
building constructions against fire, for the construction of firewalls and wall panelling, the lining of steel
pillars and girders, internal filling or surface of fire-resistant doors.
The boards can be worked with normal woodworking tools. They can be drilled, coupled, screwed,
milled and cut.
Uses:

boards

The boards are made from expanded vermiculite, wood material, and organic binder.
They are similar to chipboard in their mechanical characteristics. Fire resistance is
retained even upon the inclusion of a greater amount of wood material. The boards
are mainly used in constructions of type D3 such as wooden fire-resistant doors,
lining of doorframes and similar constructions.

Uses:

Wooden fire-resistant doors EI 30, 45 min.

Adhesives
Grenasil adhesive for metal constructions resistant to 1200 C
Fast Bond 40 3M for bonding of sheeting material, HPL, veneers, or bonding of boards together

Mounting profiles

Omega profiles, U shapes, corner shapes, covers

Mobile partitions

Steel constructions
of one-sided sheeting with
non-combustible boards.
They can be surfaced with paper, veneer,
HPL, or plaster. Normal LTD boards
are used on the other side.
Fire resistance is 60 min.
They can be combined with glass panels
and with fire-resistant doors EI 30.
The partitions are easily dismantled and moved.
It is possible to add cables inside the partitions.

The information given in the table is to be used as informative data to determine the fire resistance
of a construction (walls, ceilings, doors, increased fire resistance of an existing construction)
The information used is from fire resistance tests carried out on individual boards. The system of
joining and fixation is not included in the figures.
The information given in the table includes not only the ultimate temperatures (140 C) but also
ultimate compactness during standard tests as per EN CSN.

A number of standard constructions have been certified as per CSN EN standards,

based on certified test results from an authorized testing laboratory.
We also offer to calculate the level of fire resistance on atypical constructions.
