Crystal Future Venture Limited (CFVL) is a fast growing private limited company registered with Bangladesh Join Stock Company. Crystal Future Venture Ltd. has been incorporated in 2007 & the corporate office is located in Nikunja-01 at Dhaka. The Company started its operation with a goal to serve the telecom companies, telecom service providers, network operators by ensuring high quality Telecommunication solutions and services to the ICT operators in Bangladesh as a service and support organization. Our objective is to address the need of our customers by providing world class services which includes: Project Management, RF Planning, Site Survey & Acquisition, Civil Construction, Structural Design, Tower Erection, BTS, and BSC, MSC, CSN & ASN Installation & Commissioning. Microwave equipment Installation, Commissioning & Testing, RF Optimization and developing discrete or integrated planning, end to end IT and Datacom connectivity using Microwave or different radios and Structured Cabling WAN Setup & Installation, Support Services with Service Level Agreement. With over 6 years' of Telecom & Datacom implementation, CFVL has developed a strong pool of local resources, project management skills and processes for turnkey deployment, complete site solutions (incorporating the network equipment, ancillary equipment for the civil infrastructure), combined with comprehensive Rollout Services Packages to get Customers network up and running quickly.

Mr. Sabbir Ahmed Khan
Managing Director, CFVL Sabbir Khan was the President of Motorola Bangladesh, GM & Regional Director for Motorola South East Asia (Maldives, Nepal, Bhutan, Sri-Lanka, Bangladesh & Part of Pakistan).

Mr. Ananda Kumar Chatterjee

Director & COO - CFVL.
Mr. Chatterjee joined Pacific Bangladesh Telecom Ltd (the first private Mobile operator in Bangladesh) in the year 1996 and left the organization as a Vice President (Engineering) in 2004 and Joined Telebarta Ltd. (PSTN operator based on CDMA WLL System) as a General Manager (Technical).

He has completed his masters in project Management from Gorge Washington University, USA and completed multiple multimillion $ Projects in different countries. During his tenure Sabbir has been awarded like Millennium High Performance Award, Sales Achievement Award, Sales Man of the Year Award and Chairmans Club WNNRs award

He has completed is B.Sc. Engineering in Electrical and Electronics from Bangladesh University of Engineering & Technology (BUET) and worked for Telebarta up to June 2009 and left the organization as Head of Technical. During his job span in Telecom field he has completed many large projects as a project Manager & Director, developed as skilled and professional team with more than 300 human resource and made many large volume development and operations with his leadership as a Technical Head.
