DESCRIPTION AND EVALUATION OF A HIGH-QUALITY CHILD CARE CENTER Description and evaluation of a high-quality child care center A child care center of a high quality can be defined as a service, which can provide a responsive, developmentally proper environment for a child. The work of that center, added to a good home environment, is followed by a great intellectual, physical, social-emotional development. A high quality child care center should correspond to some frameworks. First of all, lower caregiver-to-infant/toddler ratio is, higher the quality of the center. Secondly, caregivers should emphasize positive and less authoritative interaction with children. The third, but not the least framework is that the environment should be well-organized, clean and safe. There are several components of quality in child care center, which influence the service level. The more caregivers that spend time with a group of children, the better the chance that care and attention will be given to an individual childs need. Caregivers should be trained in child development to be able to offer a warm, nurturing environment. They should understand that children are different in growth rate, interests, abilities, etc. And of course, its crucial to provide safe area for children: proper play equipment, fire safety. Establishing a high-quality child care center some factors have to be counted. Its important to determine what factors contribute to a successful learning; what kinds of resources support the educational interest. Environment has a huge impact on childs learning and growth. So, the main idea to follow is that a high-quality child care center should be designed with the child in mind. The problem behavior of children represents their adaptation to situations. So, in the child care center childrens needs must have an opportunity to be fulfilled. For example, if student leaves the seat during the work time, it means that he or she has
