Operating Plan
Apart from administration plan, marketing plan and financial plan, operational plan should also be included in the business plan. Company or firm should plan their operation activities in order to ensure the customer to experience a higher satisfaction as well as expectation toward their product. Back to the meaning, operational plan is a process of managing or developing resources into something that can be purchased by customer trough transformation process. In a much wider sense, operating plan is more about physical necessities such as business physical location, facilities and equipment that has been used. It includes three components which are business input, transformation system and output. In conclusion, the least we can say is all the entrepreneur who want to open the business, they must be equipped with administrative plan, marketing plan, operational plan and financial plan. In dealing with operational plan, it must show all the transformation of the product from the resources into output product. Although, it depends on the types of business we want to get involved to.

Hotdogs will be boiled The hotdog bread are cut into half Dresser for hotdog bun will be tomato and cabbage hotdog will together be with the dresser in between buns hotdog bun are then served with chilli sauce and mayonnaise on top
