Responsible for managing the sales operation of the Avis Budget group. Monitored each work group and made the
necessary changes to ensure the operations ran smoothly and effectively. Produced daily reports allowing for efficient
adjustments to fleet availability and current demands. Trained each work group on how to perform their job correctly and
held each employee responsible for following established work standards. Completed an intensive thirty - two week
managers training curriculum involving monitored conference calls and proficiency tests.
Key Contributions & Results:
Operations Manager for the airport and an offsite location. Responsible for twenty plus employees at any given time
throughout the entire operation. Monitored each employees performance on a daily basis to ensure quality work and to
correct any known issues by providing guidance as necessary.
Surpassed sales by seven percent as compared to previous year. Sole contributor to pushing sales by coaching sale
