HADOOP is the widely chosen platform to handle Big Data, available in the variety of formats and enable insights from the Data generated by different sources. It is a de-facto industry standard to handle large data sets. HADOOP's Map Reduce framework enables applications with large data sets to achieve faster data processing and analysis. Centre for Development of Advanced Computing (C-DAC) is conducting 3 day workshop HADOOP And Map-Reduce For BigData from 24th-26th April, 2014 at, C-DAC, Bangalore for the benefit of data intensive application designers and researchers. HADOOP And Map-Reduce For Big Data program enables the data analysts and data scientists to get the insight & understanding of the HADOOP platform through well designed hands-on sessions. The program focus on training the participants to setup their own HADOOP clusters with minimal infrastructure, perform fast parallel data processing and manipulation for large volumes of data.
