ABSTRACT

The STMS is a Staff Management System is a convenience for staff to apply and manage their work which is located in Selangor International Islamic University College, Bandar Seri Putra, Bangi, Selangor The main purpose of the development of this system is to give a convenience for the staff to apply leave, apply on off and faulty report !y online It also give opportunities for the management to manage apply leave system, apply on off system and faulty report system In this system, also have new advertisement for the staff for instance have a program in SIIUC or a!out the e"amination and others The system is designed with user friendly, easy to use interface and simple navigation menu so that the user will !e the a!le to use and !rowse the system easily The system is developed !y Macromedia #reamweaver M$, P%P and MyS&' data!ase which is easy to use and can integrate all of the system elements %ope that this system can help users in application Staff Management System

Staff Management system is a prototype for (aculty of Information Science and Technology)s report !y online pro*ect There are three part of the system+ 'eave application System (aulty ,eport System -n -ff .pplication System

The staff *ust needs to !e online to do any transaction and facilities for student and management in SIIUC 'eave application system is a system where the staff can apply the leave !y online The application from staff will !e send to dean The second step is the dean should approve or not approve the application and send to human resources department The second system is a faulty report system where the staff can report any fault or damage in the type of electric, !uilding and furniture The report from the staff will !e send to Student .ffair #epartment /0PP1 0PP will approve the report and send to #epartment of Treasurer #evelopment /0%P1 Staff in 0%P can take an action as soon as possi!le The third of system is on off application system where staff can make application to go out during work time The application will !e send to dean and the dean will approve the application
