1. MIXER: Specially designed mixer suitable for mixing CLC block slurry in short intervals to ensure efficient impregnation and distribution of foam along the mix. Blocks produced on Nano Foam Technology Private Limited mixers meets CONSTRUCTION: The mixer is manufactured from Carbon Steel and fitted with wear resistant mixing tools which are of replaceable design. The shafts are installed in bearing housings provided with heavy duty roller bearings complete with seals, bearing cups and gland packings. The mixer is mounted on a platform which has a bottom clearance of 1mtr from floor level.

2. FOAM GENERATOR: Patented design foam generator an In built control panel for operation. The unit is complete with solenoid valves, timer and hoses. WORKING PRINCIPAL: Our foam processor has a timer fitted. Once the button is pressed for the foam, the solenoid valves for air and emulsion (foaming agent and water) open up, producing foam during the period set on the timer. 3. AIR COMPRESSOR : Air compressor with a tank capacity of 180 Lts runs on 3 phase power will be connected to the FINISH: All steel parts are surface treated and coated with zinc rich primer and 2 coats of paint. All machine and rotating parts are well oiled and lubricated and coated with antirust coating where applicable. DELIVERY: 1 months from date of receiving confirmed order with 40% advance.
