Business Development Manager (US Staffing -Night Shift) (only for Male Candidates) Job Description 1. Will be responsible for lead generation and client relationship. 2. As part of the Business development team you will primarily interact with U.S clients. 3. Responsible for new business acquisition in I.T Staffing 4. Negotiate commercial terms with the clients handle the complete sales lifecycle.

5. Generate requirements from I.T clients (New and Existing) through cold calling on the phone. 6. To acquire new business in USA in IT staffing. 7. Negotiate commercial terms, rates with clients and consultants. 8. Work and Co-ordinate with internal support departments.

Competencies Required: 1. MBA/PGDM (Marketing/IB) Fresher. 2. Excellent communication skills. 3. Ability to work independently and self motivated. 4. Should be good in convincing and have strong interpersonal skills 5. Should have the ability to deliver results and perform in a challenging environment. 6. Target oriented individual with excellent negotiation skills. Compensation: 2.4 LPA + Incentives Note: Its five days working (Saturday & Sunday would be fixed off). Shift timing is 7:30 PM to 4:30 AM. Cab facility is available in Noida and Indrapuram area only Meal facility.
