The Saturation Point

The Saturation Point is what a person takes in and reacts to.

This could be anything from having a conversation, to receiving an e-mail or a Facebook

message from an old friend.

We have done studies on Harassment in Work and it’s not good. People should generally
know well than what they do. No sides are helping each other. Where people are being
pro-active there being denounced by the opposite sex. To release statistical information
would totally undermine the hard work that has gone in and understanding of ‘The
Equality Act’. ‘The Equality Act’ is there for both men and women. To release those stats
would only make the situation worse because of how they read. Malicious communication
comes from both sides and certain parties cannot give a reason why they have raised a
Harassment Case. Again the Stats would not help as they would come across as flattened.

Governments need to know what ‘The Saturation Point’ is with people and Geographical
position. There is no consistency with ‘The Saturation Point’ from Baseline to Director to
Degree level it does not flow that the better educated you are the more you listen in some
cases the direct opposite.

There has been a case of a Christian Worshipper being fired for not telling children Lesbian
Poems. ‘The Equality Act’ covers all people and feelings and personalities and faiths. It
was not there to set up people or catch people out or put them on the spot. I am all for
truly ‘The Equality Act’ and ‘Equal Partnership Marriage’. I am all for the LGBT Community.
All people and parties need to prevent themselves from becoming a Cult and isolating
themselves after massive mountains have been climbed. I have nothing wrong with
Lesbian Poetry but there is a time and a place just like there is for everything. Children are
not there to be sexualised and be abused because an adult has issues. Children are there
to learn and to play with their friends, live in a secure environment. Again there is nothing
wrong with LGBT poetry but it is not there to make a point and sexualise children from a
tender age and that’s up until teenage years. We need to give children a positive and
varied view of the world so that they can make secure decisions in their lives. There is
plenty of time to learn about sexuality throughout a persons and hopefully successful life.
We talk about losing one’s virginity and being ready for sex with the first person has to be
right for you. Let us not demonise culture because of our own failings and issues and
sexualise children and people because we want them to do. We have ‘The Equality Act’
and let it run itself and let us protect it the best way possible by being Logical with it. End
of the story for today.
