EXECUTIVE SUMMARY

In the growing global competition, the productivity of any business concern depends upon the behavioral aspect of consumers. This topic deals with the customers perception towards other advance product.

Home is a dream of a person that shows the quantity of efforts, sacrifices luxuries and above all gathering funds little by little to afford ones dream. Home is one of the things that everyone wants to own. Home is a shelter to person where he rests and feels comfortable. Many banks providing home loans whether commercial banks or financial institutions to the people who want to had a home. The housing sector plays an important role in the economic development of the country. My project title is Marketing of Housing Loans by banks. The performance is majorly evaluated by having a look on the sales, customer satisfaction, and brand image among customers. The purpose of this project is to evaluate the performance of the banks. It primarily aims at learning the various factors that can help in evaluation process. It also aims at providing innovative services and by attaining cost efficiency. I have tried to find out whether customers are satisfied with the bank from where they have taken loan or not. I have also tried to find out the areas of improvement.

This project report contains different chapter which shows the information about the marketing in detail. The report begins with the introduction to the home loans, its area of operation, its organization structure, its achievements, etc. It is further continued with the profile of its operations.

The third chapter, research methodology adopted in preparing this report is mentioned. It covers the sample procedure, types of data used and the data collection method. The fourth chapter comprehensive coverage of forecasting concepts and techniques which shows the analysis of data through tabulation, computation and graphical representation of data collected from survey.

The fifth chapter deals with the findings, suggestions and conclusion part which is very much important after analysis is made. As we know that only analysis and conclusion is not the end of a research, so in the sixth chapter the recommendation pert is covered which are made after a depth study of the analysis part of thesis
