Dear Students: Your exam schedule for May has now been finalized.

Read this entire document carefully so you do not miss any important dates. If you have a conflict exam you must pick up a Conflict Exam Form from the high school office. th These forms must be turned in by Tuesday April 29 . A conflict is defined as three exams in one day or two exams at the same time. Phones If you bring your phone to school it must be turned off, tagged with your name, and handed in prior to the exam. Arrive early enough to ensure that this happens. We recommend that you do not bring your phone as we will not be held responsible for theft or damage. Any phone found in the exam room will be considered academic malpractice. Exam Times The exam room will open 10 minutes prior to your exam time. You will have 5 minutes to get seated and the Head Proctor will use the other 5 minutes to read the exam instructions. Exams will BEGIN at the time published on this schedule. Doors will close when the Head Proctor begins the instructions. If you are late you will ONLY be permitted to enter the exam room at the following times: Time 1: 15 minutes after the start of the exam Time 2: 30 minutes after the start of the exam. Students arriving more than 30 minutes after the exam start time will NOT be permitted to write the exam and will be awarded a zero. Exam Rules: Read the Exam Code of Conduct in the student agenda.
