Meet with clients to assess gaps and develop customized training and coaching solutions to maximize performance. Utilize group workshops, webinars or meetings to deliver training. Key Results: Integrated employee engagement practices into a large medical practice by administering a survey, reporting results, and developing group training and individual coaching plans for managers and team leads.
