1. No Clinical Professor who had been approved for an indefinitely renewable long term contract had ever been denied reappointment as of the date of this report. At the time this statement was made to the ABA, I had received a 12-month notice that my employment would be terminated four months hence.

As of April 2009, only one Clinical Professor had so far been recommended by the fac lty for !0"#c$%stat s and she #& 'anne (om)ins$ had been approved in 200*, b t her promotion was delayed pending adoption of new clinical policy. I had been recommended and approved for appointment to full Clinical Professor with !"#c$status on April 2%, 2!!&.
