Upon consideration of the Petition/Motion of Petitioner, Dina Mackney, Administrator of

the Estate of Christopher Mackney, to grant statutory powers pursuant to Virginia Code Section
64-2-106, and with'the consent of all interested parties, it is

ORDERED AND DECREED that ail of the powers of Section 64.2-105 of the Virginia

Code are granted to the Petitioner asthe Administrator of the Estate of Christopher Mnckney;
furthermore it is hereby

ORDERED AND DECREED that Petitioner shall have the legal authority to take any

reasonable action necessary to access, remove and destroy any web postings, to require that
websites betaken down and/or otherwise dispose ofintangible property including but notlimited
